1 /5 CALEB WHITFIELD: Staff and store is nice enough but the brand Kohl’s is just another greedy corporation. Give coupons to entice purchases then make majority of items in the store ineligible. Sad, but not surprising.

1 /5 Eric Chandler: Back of the store where Amazon returns are made is a lady who has zero customer service skills. When she came out from the back, she started telling us about her bad day. When we tried to describe our return issue, she said "thats not my problem." Once I explained that even though she works for Kohls, she is representing Amazon, and it very much is her problem. Things just went down hill from there. She is awful.

5 /5 Julio Baez: This store is so beautiful and organized. The staff is very friendly and has a wide variety of items, from bedding to kitchen clothes and kids’ shoes. You could easily spend a few hours browsing through all the items they have. I love coming here to get gifts or special occasion presents.
