5 /5 Andrea Bermudez: Labels is a consignment store that carries high end designer products from the likes of Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, and more. The ambiance and environment is inviting, the staff are charismatic, respectful, and have a great eye for style. For someone who just moved from NYC, this is the only place I go for quality shopping.

5 /5 Tami: We visited this shop to talk to them about consignment. The shop had several people come in while we were there. The owner had someone in training, had phone calls, was greeting customers. It was a busy place but both people were friendly welcoming and I felt went out of their way to help. We were given an honest assessment, and referred us to a couple of other places in the area. Definitely a place i would like to put my items should I have the brands. Very fair consignment program! Great pricing for high end designer items.

2 /5 Lori Smith: Beautiful store, high end finds, but not a lot of inventory. Absolutely zero customer service- not even a hello. And we made a purchase--no eye contact, no thank you, no "come again". The reviews about a rude owner are spot on. Honestly bizzare behavior.

1 /5 Elana Rose: Disappointing customer service by the owner. I went to purchase an item and noticed a stain on the front. The lovely assistant said she would contact the owner about a small discount and would contact me. I was contacted and told the owner would offer a 25% discount and I arranged to pick up the top. Just before returning to the store I was contacted and told the owner had changed her mind. Doesn’t seem customer friendly to me.

1 /5 Joanne Allman: Ive read the reviews from previous customers and they were all positive. But my experience was very negative. There was also another customer and she was asked if she would like a dressing room. As non- Caucasian, they gave no customer service. I still supported their business and bought a couple of nice items. I refuse to be offended!
