5 /5 Rachel Schneider: This is a lovely store with helpful staff. We purchased a pair of flip flops and the soles broke the following day after 10 minutes of wear. We brought the flip flops back and the woman who helped us resolved the issue easily and quickly, even though I had lost the receipt. I recommend visiting this shop for the great clothing, shoes and accessories as well as the atmosphere and staff.

1 /5 Lizbeth Valdez: I am on vacation in Fernandina, shopping and enjoying the town. I had a great experience Sat 11th with a a couple of young ladies. I bought an outfit I loved but when I tried it on it didn’t look as good on me. I was hoping to exchange today the 12th of July. The older blonde lady at the counter was rude, short, and really made me feel embarrassed of exchanging an item. She was a bad example for the young lady working beside her. Great shop, great items but this person does not represent the shop. I feel I could have been treated kinder.
