1 /5 Andres Patino: While this boutique may look nice from the outside, the experience inside was disappointing. The person working there was very unfriendly and came across as quite mean and grumpy, which made the environment uncomfortable. Overall, it was not a welcoming atmosphere. My guess is that she might be the owner, which unfortunately reflects poorly on the business.

1 /5 Adriane Shahraki: Terrible experience , the owner is extremely rude and couldn’t care less for the customers. The closes are clearly from china with a very expensive price and poorly executed. Unfortunately, my husband made a mistake of buying me a dress in this horrible “boutique “ it did not fit me and when I went there to exchanged for something else , the owner said that she would not exchange anything and I ended up with a dress that didn’t fit me . Horrible experience in every way . They should close this store because everyone in Winter Park is fed up with it .

The owner brags about her pieces being “sourced in Italy,” but in reality she’s buying them from AliExpress and Shein, marking them up way higher, and lying about their authenticity. Don’t believe me? Screenshot any of her clothes and search them you’ll find the exact same items online for a fraction of the price. I bought a few earrings here and every single back broke off within days because they’re thin, cheaply made knockoffs. On top of that, the owner is rude, entitled, and treats customers poorly. Save yourself the money and the frustration don’t support this store or her fake “luxury” claims.

Asked the blonde owner (I believe it was Kate) on a dress I wanted to try and was met with snarky responses that hinted I could not afford to be trying on what was there since it was "sourced in Europe." ONLY to find that these pieces are on AliExpress (check other reviews!) The associate was kind and it was clear they had to put up with her nagging and pushing and shoving. She had good customer service for any questions I had once I got past the snarky comments from Kate, from which the OWNER could learn from. I felt discriminated by, for judging me and assuming I cannot pay full price for items that are cheaply made and are fast fashion. Shame on the owner for not only lying to whatever clientele she has left but for treating her employees so poorly. Do not shop here unless you want to be scammed, discriminated by, and witness abuse to the employees.
