3 /5 DR: Ive bought several things from them previously. They used to have better service. But now, not so much. It was interesting because I walked in & nobody said anything to me. Every single person was greated after me. Not sure if it was based on look or what. But, kind of interesting considering Ive literally purchased a lot from them. So, I think this place is not cool. Id rather go somewhere where they actually value people in general. Seems very superficial there. I can afford the clothes but they kind if look like crap. Like my shorts though. Yea train your people better. Likely wont be back.

5 /5 Mike “The Reviews Guy” Hasson: We drove 40 minutes so my wife could check out this store - they did not disappoint. The selection was awesome, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Madalyn really knows her stuff and paid close attention to everything my wife was looking for - super impressive. Even when the store got pretty busy, the team and management were totally on top of things. This place is a gem!

5 /5 Soro Wellness: I walked in and picked some clothes for myself and they started a fitting room for me. To my surprise when I went to go try on my clothes the entire fitting room was styled with all of my selections. It was amazing!!! Pharaoh was wonderful and very helpful. I just had 2 kids back to back so I’ve been needing to re-vamp my wardrobe and I had the best experience here!! Thank you Pharaoh for everything!

1 /5 jjj rgg: Really REALLY disappointed in this company!! This literally used to be my favorite brand to purchase clothing. I can’t even tell you how much I have spent here. I am really turned off by the return policy. I purchased 10 things online and only two of them I decided to return. I went into the store and knowing I was two weeks past their 30 day return policy, I suggested they give me store credit. I was told by the manager that she had no authority to do this. Went to my car and called their customer service. The lady put in a request to return my two items. The next day I received an email saying “sorry, your past the return window. Nothing we can do.” I was less than 2 weeks past. Now I am stuck with two items I cannot wear. ($400!) I think this is horrible horrible customer service! They also pump a fragrance throughout their store, which makes it hard to shop, which is why I have been ordering online. It’s so bad that I have to come home and wash the clothes several times to get the fragrance out. I guess just another reason why I am done with this brand. Beware if you have a return!!

5 /5 Laurel B: I recently went to Evereve with a gift card that had been given to me. I picked out my items and for some reason the card would not work (I had never used it). The manager tried everything. She was so kind and took down my information and told me she would look further into and get back to me. She called me today and got it all worked out. I picked up my items no problem. I was touched, inside the bag was a handwritten card from Mary-Kate to me apologizing for the gift card issue. It was very thoughtful. I will be back.
