1 /5 Trini Dianne: I had an absolutely terrible experience due to the store manager, Allbani. There were over 10 customers waiting in line, and instead of stepping in to help her employee check people out, she loudly stated that she would not help and would continue “playing in the back” rather than assisting customers. Apparently, our time wasn’t valuable and we were just expected to stand there and wait.
What made the situation even worse was her behavior afterward. She was rude, loud, and completely unprofessional—speaking about my request in Spanish and cursing about me, seemingly assuming that no one around her would understand. That alone shows a complete lack of respect for customers.
In this economy, it’s unbelievable that a store manager would think it’s acceptable to yell, curse about a customer, and refuse to help during a rush—and still keep their job. Customer service was nonexistent, and management was the biggest problem. I will not be returning unless there is serious accountability and change.
