1 /5 Unika Beauty: This rating and review is strictly based on my negative experience with an employee by the name of Bianca. As I was shopping tonight with my small child, Bianca gave me very dirty looks while she stood at the desk in the fitting room area. Not once did she greet me or ask did I need any help. She counted my clothes in the fitting room, that’s it. No customer service. As I was checking out, an item (bag charm) didn’t have a price tag. The nice cashier employee said she check out at $12 based on a similar item or I could go check by the jewelry area for one if there’s for a similar item. So I said okay if I can leave everything here and come back. As I’m looking for the similar items, Bianca walks up to me unpleasant aggressive with a disrespectful tone to tell me how much the item is because she just bought one the other day like that matters or not. Bianca didn’t greet me smile or anything. Bianca inserted herself. I said, okay just give me the charm. Instead of handing it to me, and she pulls away. Starts using unprofessional language elevating her tone. Completely startled me and my small child. She calls someone over on a her headset. Then, she tried to play the reverse psychology after she realized, I can raise my voice as louder as her and louder. She says she fears for my life and for me to not come close to here (stereotypical). If she fears paying customers, she need not to be working there. Then, tried to tell the other employee I tried snatched the item from her but it was still in your hand the entire time. Im capable of of taking the item from if I wanted to. I have some decorum and respect everyone’s personal space so I asked her to hand it over. Meanwhile, I was standing in the same spot and she’s invading me and my small child personal space. I never touched her and she didn’t touch me. Even after someone came over to intervene, she remained in eye sight. Basically, she’s a very prejudice woman. She looks as unprofessional as she behaves with blue hair. Beware of the unstable. I’ll be contacting her manager Rich and corporate tomorrow.
*UPDATE*
I was harassed with the determined factor being because she just bought this item so it’s $16.99. She lied. Once I opened the package today, the tag was actually attached, and priced at $14.99. She was wrong. I will be returning to the Marshall for a refund of the difference. The power of minding your own business, everyone just don’t have.
