5 /5 Claire Ronan: Im on my mothers computer, Im William Ronan and I was shopping on Halloween and I was finished with my shopping but while waiting to meet my mother I asked the extremely nice ladies behind the front checkout desk if there was a place for me to sit and have my cart full of items saved and, then Melody one of the cashiers suggested I sit in the foyer and there were seats there and they would keep my cart up front ....... I said Thank You, and Ms Melody asked "if I was ok?" (noticing I was very out of breath).... I explained to her I have been in the hospital recently with heart issues and, Ms. Melody quickly got me a bottle of water from the cooler..... I tried to pay for it and, she would not hear about it..... I ended up doing more shopping once my mother showed up and, upon checking out I tried a second time to pay for the water and, the cashier said "No Melody paid for it" so, asides from having an incredible shopping experience with your wonderful staff and, it being Halloween Ms. Melody she was wearing wings as a costume and it was very fitting because she is a total angle.

2 /5 Carla Edwards: They lose one star for the insane dressing room practice of having to hang everything on the rack, not once, but twice in order to have the clerk count your items, even if you only have two items. Infuriating, and it takes forever. They lose another star for only having two fitting rooms for the men. And They have a terrible selection of shoes for men. Plus they never have enough cashiers. I just remembered why I haven’t been here in five years. I won’t be back. Corporate, you really need to change this insane fitting room practice. So annoying!!!!! Don’t treat your employees and your customers like children. Everyone knows how to count. Whoever is on that camera upstairs is probably on their cell phone anyway. My time is worth something.

4 /5 Starflight 2001: Service was amazing when it came to getting help regarding furniture. Only down side was that a Man was allowed to not only sit on a piece of furniture that had not been bought yet but he was also allowed to sit there and eat a bag of chips with an open can of soda in the furniture department getting possible stains on the furniture.

4 /5 Brian Cerreta: I like the merchandise here for the price, but checkout is inevitably VERY slow, with a long line. I will have to think twice before patronizing Marshalls again.
