1 /5 Isabella Scarpetta: I have worked retail for years, I know how it works and how exhausting it can be, but there is no excuse for the terrible customer service of this location. If they make money it is because the product is good, because absolutely none of the employees are helpful or friendly in any way, including the managers, who I consider are worse than the young people who work here, because at least they should have more sense of responsibility and give a good service to the clients to have the position they have. Overall the worst experience in this location, dont go.

1 /5 Atessa Assariw: Called and asked for a certain item and heard the staff chuckling in the back making fun saying if it says it’s online then it’s online and yeah thank you Sherlock I understood that. I was just asking if you carried them in store as well. If the store isn’t making money it’s because the staff isn’t helpful at all. And for future reference if you’re going to make fun of the customer then at least put the phone line on hold.

2 /5 brianna symonette: Store is very chaotic and the managers are so dismissive and rude. Would not really return to this location. The teenagers who work the fitting room and are very pleasant as well as the cashier girls.

1 /5 Mike Davis: I purchased the outfit from this location and the gentleman at the counter forget to take off my buzzer. He was too busy flirting with that on the under age white girls. I didn’t get to where my outfit that night because of the buzzers so I returned to the store a few days later to get the buzzer, took off but first, I had to walk through Macy’s as the buzzers was going off in complete embarrassment. The girl at the counter took my buzzers off and gave me back my bag, but then she asked do I have a receipt confused because she already took the buses off I said no I do not, but I did then I turned around and gave her the receipt. I usually would return the items because I felt like she thought I stole it, but I really needed that outfit. They watch the Black people very close when they come in as they should because Black people steal too but they don’t do that to the white people and they are the ones cleaning them out!
