1 /5 Shantae: Yesterday, I went to this store to shop for an outfit for my vacation, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. While I was trying on clothes, two employees—one wearing glasses and the other with black hair—were openly making rude and disrespectful comments about me, assuming I couldn’t hear them. I heard everything clearly.
I confronted the woman at the front of the store and informed her that I heard exactly what was being said, yet she chose to deny it instead of taking responsibility. This behavior was not only unprofessional but humiliating and completely inappropriate.
The level of disrespect and lack of accountability shown by the staff reflects extremely poor customer service. I will not be returning to this store and would strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here.
