5 /5 Peyton Gregory: I have to rave about the customer service we received from John Siegel this weekend. We had buyers remorse of not purchasing a pair of Derby shorts. We called the store, and John was happy to help us, but unfortunately, they didnt have the size we needed. Rather than ending the call, John offered to reach out to the warehouse to see if they might have the size we needed. He stayed in constant communication with us letting us know any updates, so we could enjoy our time at the beach. After the warehouse wasnt able to locate them, HE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER and got them to overnight them to us, from South Carolina so they would arrive the morning of Derby Day, in plenty of time for our party. His service truly reminded me of the benefits of shopping local and made us customers for life! Thank you SO MUCH John for going above and beyond in customer service and making our Derby outfit dreams come true!
