5 /5 Locd Experts: I have came in this amazing store, and felt right at home. I have greatest customer service. They helped me with my clothing and purchase. Mrs Alex and Kenya has helped me big time. Y’all need to give them a raise. This is what I called customer service

5 /5 Kendra “Kenni” McCall: I love simply 10 store in the Pensacola area they have the most unbeatable prices around I been a fan and a customer since the beginning of time I usually stop by the store once a week cause they always have new things coming out and Ms. Stephanie and her staff are very nice and friendly it’s one employee that goes above and beyond to me and she will give you her input and she will help you find something in that store you most definitely ain’t fixing to leave empty handed and that employee is Kenyata I love when she is working she has such an pleasant attitude and that’s what makes a big difference you can tell this employee cares about her customers and another thing I love about she does it rush you so I’m most definitely sending a big kudos to this employee here. 2 /5 Britt Hall: This store has been 5 stars for until I came in tonight. Anywhere I shop I take the hanger off because it’s easier to carry without dragging the clothes on the floor or folding them over and doing that the hangers fall off. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and it’s uncomfortable to constantly bend over. Well the lady working chased me to the other area I was in and explained why the hangers have to stay on which Is completely understandable,, I picked Up another Dress buy decided I didn’t want it and put out back with the hanger on., I continued looking around the store and the same woman started flipping out that there was a hanger on a rack that she had already checked over, and when I say flipped she lost it. Also after I took the hanger off the first dress she called another lady out and they both proceeded to follow me through the store asking numerous times if I needed help. After she found the random hanger she basically hovered me at the exact rack I was at. The woman was insinuating that I was stealing, which I don’t do and if I did I’d just take the hanger. It was extremely insulting and I literally go in that store once a or every other week and sadly I think that was the last. also maybe there should an option for a cart or basket you put items in. I will note that I’m 34 and have no theft charges nor was I planning on it this evening. Customer service was horrible and I Felt degraded. Very unprofessional.
