I brought in several designer pieces to sell and the process was seamless from beginning to end. Olivia handled the purchasing and she was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and never once made the process feel rushed.
What really impressed me was the level of professionalism across the board. I ended up purchasing a Dior bag along with a few clothing items, and the team was beyond accommodating. The owner even personally stepped in to make sure an item I really wanted was held for me, which I deeply appreciated.
