1 /5 brittany burke: This shopping experience was very unpleasant. I understand wanting to go home it’s a holiday weekend & probably stressful dealing with the public. The way the staff were handling the store closing was something I’ve never seen before.it was very rude & felt very much like “ok, get out now” As a shopper, it was very uncomfortable. It wasnt even 10 minutes past closing time. I was already done, I was just switching out a shirt because the shirt I had already in my hand was stained. I was reminded they were closed again. The first time I was leaving the fitting room and had just opened the door I was told “we’re closed” harshly as if I wasn’t allowed to check out anymore. I had heard them going around saying the store was closing I was getting stressed and putting everything back on the hanger to be courteous to them. In business, you can politely say things to get your point across. It doesn’t haven’t to be dry & to let your customers know you’re very much annoyed with their presence. If it wasn’t my birthday weekend I would have just left the clothes there and walked out but I had finally found and outfit I liked. It was just a shame that this is how customer service was at the store. I highly doubt I’ll be returning.
