1 /5 Whitney: Misleading Pricing and Poor Customer Service I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Target location. I found a Hose mark 9.99 with a picture clearly indicating a 100ft length, priced at $9.99. There were multiple identical hoses with the same marking and price displayed. However, upon reaching the checkout, I was shocked to be charged $59.99. When I showed the cashier the picture I had taken of the marked price (which I had sent to my husband to confirm the length), they refused to honor the advertised price. Instead, they only offered a meager 10% discount. This is unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The significant difference in price and the unwillingness to honor their own clearly displayed price tag demonstrates terrible customer service. Its a waste of time and incredibly frustrating for a customer. I will not be returning to this Target location and strongly recommend that they get their pricing and customer service practices in order.

1 /5 Alex Abbott: The guys you have in the electronics section soliciting people as soon as you turn the corner are snarky and rude. I came in to do a quick shop and check something out and i did not have time to waste listening to a pitch of something i am not interested in and told them so. One of them responded by answering me back in a snarky disrespectful tone about how i don’t have time to listen to them. I don’t need to be harassed and disrespected by salesmen when i just want to go into the store and check something. I won’t be going back to this target. I don’t owe anyone my precious time by being solicited to when i am out shopping.
