5 /5 Justin Davis: Had a really positive experience here today. I needed to return an item I purchased about 91 days ago, and while it was outside the normal return window, the manager took the time to listen and made a one-time exception by issuing a gift card. That kind of flexibility and understanding goes a long way and is truly appreciated.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Lexi. I asked her for help finding an item, and she not only walked me to the correct area and checked stock, but a few minutes later she actually tracked one down and went out of her way to find me in the store to hand it over. That level of initiative and customer care is rare.
Big thanks to the manager for great customer service and to Lexi for going above and beyond. Experiences like this are why I’ll continue shopping here.
