1 /5 kelly sutliff: My fiancé and I have been to this shop every year when we visit Fort Myers Beach. This time was the last . We were shopping and each had two birthday cards in our hands , the lady walked up and aggressively said “I’ll take those to the register”! We thought it was strange but kept shopping . She was hovering around us the whole time . I found some tea towels and was holding them in one hand ….she came up behind me and VERY aggressively snatched them right out of my hand. I turned to my fella and said “Let’s just go” . He said “Yeah, this is weird “ the lady turned around and loudly said “WHAT?” I then said “That was very rude” and was walking away telling my guy “ As if we were going to steal something” then EVEN louder she said “I was just making it easy for you to shop!!!!” We continued to walk out the door. We’ve spent hundreds in that store over the years and I’ll not be back while that woman is there
