1 /5 wrabel wrabel: horrible customer service. i purchased via their website. the item was 50%. during the check out process, a pop up for a welcome 10% off came up, which i added. that made the item final sale, which was NOT stated anywhere in the purchase process. the only way i could have seen that is if i went back and clicked the drop down cart details tab. customer service continues to double down, sending me screenshots of the RECEIPT which does clearly state the item i purchased (past tense…) was final sale. i have opened claims with BBB and Chase. buyer beware! plenty of better shops to spend your money at.

5 /5 Jacqueline Milhollan: Love this store. The staff are so kind, Joane is amazing, attentive and knows her stuff. They have such a great curated collection of pieces, its one of my favorite spots to find beautiful itens. Plus its beautifully designed inside. Always a relaxing experience here. Highly recommend if you are into higher end designer collections.

1 /5 C M: When I found out The Webster opened in Miami Beach, I was so excited. With an upcoming trip, I stopped in to grab some last-minute pieces and was assisted by a sales associate named Nicole. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a Saint Laurent jacket. She packaged it up, and I was on my way. Later that same day, my trip was canceled due to bad weather. Given it’s 100° and rainy in Miami, the jacket was no longer practical, so I sent my assistant to return it the following afternoon still in perfect, untouched condition, exactly as she had packaged it. To my shock, he was told by that same Nicole that the jacket had a stain, been worn, and no longer had tags. Interestingly, when I was trying it on in-store, I had trouble finding the tags and found they were tucked into the pocket. So the jacket was apparently “good enough” to sell to me, but suddenly “too worn” to return 24 hours later? How badly do you need a commission to accuse a client of wearing and destroying an item they bought less than a day earlier? After endless attitude and eye rolls, I was given store credit (because I paid in cash) so unfortunately I’ll be back. Such an unpleasant experience all around.

1 /5 Luisel Pena: Apparently they close at 5:55pm. Not 6pm as indicated here. I had to buy something quickly. It would have taken literally one minute, but they would not even come to the locked door. Rude and unpleasant as hell. Avoid this people.

5 /5 Erin Endres: I have had the best personal shopping experience ever with this location! I shop remote through Justin & he is always such a pleasure to work with. They have an incredible selection of items (especially Chanel!) and Justin always goes above & beyond to make sure his customers have access to the latest pieces! This is definitely my favorite little shopping secret & can’t wait to visit Miami again to shop in store!
