5 /5 Hallie Fuchs: I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars! I have shopped at Theory basically my entire life and always will, but the palm beach location is by far the best. The level of personal attention and care that Hailey, Courtney and Megan provide are beyond my expectations!! They’ve helped me pick out so many outfits for special occasions, including my husband’s suit for our rehearsal dinner. They are so kind, helpful, and fun! When I try on clothes there, it feels like I hired a personal stylist/shopper!

I struggle to find tops that actually fit since I’m considered plus size but she knew what would fit. Happy with my purchase and the service. And the way they packed my one purchase was super! I’m a sucker for packaging. ☺️

1 /5 Cecelia Loganni: Worst experience Ive ever had, avoid this place at all costs. The way I was treated by the manager Courtney was appalling. There needs to be some sort of sensitivity training at this store because the way I was disrespected by her as a curvier woman was shocking. I left feeling shamed and so upset. I truly have not experienced something like this before, it was quite a jarring experience.
