2 /5 Linda Evans: I use to love going to upscale resale. They had really nice things and great sales. Now merchandise is wrinkled and old styles. Wanting things but have become expensive. And 25% off. It is a far cry from upscale! Not getting the high end quality. I could go to Marshals and fine nice things for less. Disappointed! Haven’t been going there in months.

However, the customer service at the front desk consistently falls short. Every time I visit, the staff seems unwelcoming and, frankly, quite rude. I’ve noticed this isn’t just an isolated incident with me; friends and family have mentioned the same atmosphere. It’s disappointing because the merchandise is lovely, but the negative energy at the front makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience."

5 /5 DaLena Harrell: Nice store. I bought a set of queen cannon royal family vintage sheets for $13, which is a reasonable price. When I got home I saw there was a very noticeable hole in the flat sheet. That was disappointing. It was a good store though. I hope theyll notate if there is a hole or anything next time

1 /5 Rod Pires: Im heavily tattooed, I deal with the occasional stares and comments, but I have never felt less welcome in a place. I politely asked if they had something I was looking for, the joy of a woman working proceeded to look me up and down, and couldn’t blurt it out fast enough “no. We do not. Sorry. Can’t help you.” In the grossest, most judgmental way. I felt the need to apologize because my sheer presence seemed to offend her. Little did she know I had on five figures worth of jewelry alone. Not counting my head to toe designer outfit. She took one look at me and decided to look at me as if I were lesser than. Don’t judge a book by its cover. I left feeling horrible about myself. Don’t recommend.
