I purchased a skateboard for my kid and the employee behind the counter (Nate?) asked if it was a gift, then he proceeded to celebrate my choice of board and asked if he could box it up and stuff the box so it doesn’t move around! Ana was also there providing excellent service alongside him. This was the BEST experience I’ve had all year shopping in retail.

If they dont carry something in store that youre looking for, theyll order it online for you and have it shipped directly to your house for free. Exchanging of online purchases was very easy as well and they helped me with the process when my daughter needed a bigger size in skates. They also have awesome sales!

Steven Burroughs: I purchased a rocking chair cushion online for $27 plus shipping of $8.95. We received the cushion and it was very uncomfortable, so we returned it today. I received a refund of $27 and was informed that the shipping is "generally not returned". I chose not to challenge the statement, "generally not returned". I lost 33% of the purchase price when this was not refunded. One of the online managers ask me to call customer service and my $8.95 was refunded. Thank you for doing that as my faith has been restored in JC Penneys!
