Jennifer Brasfield Hal Schumacher is the worst criminal attorney in Key West. He had my case for over a year and did not file one thing on it claiming that his strategy was to do nothing. He was also extremely verbally abusive to me, to the point that I felt afraid of him. If you want to pay an attorney to sit in his office and eat snacks hes your guy. He literally told me that the reason that he did nothing with my case (after I paid him) was because he didnt want to ruffle any feathers. He refused to pay me back any of my money and the only thing he ever filed in my case was a motion to withdraw. If you are innocent of a crime and really need someone to defend your rights, do not choose this attorney!

Jeffrey Alberson By far the worst law firm I ever hired. They dont know how to return phone calls. The paralegal Michael had my release from the Dr for over a month before I called him to see what was going on.. he never checked his email for it, holding up my case for over a month.i provided everything bills etc. to the law firm, now they are dragging there feet. Its bad enough that the insured amount wasnt enough, now they are saying Ill end up with about 25% of the insurance payout because they dont know how to put their foot down with the hospital looking to double dip. I wouldnt recommend going with this firm at all. The lack of professionalism, and the fact that they are telling me that I might get 5 or 6 grand out of 20k is ridiculous. This is by far the worst law firm I have ever hired.
