Tyler Had an appointment for consult for about 2 months. 40 minutes before our long awaited appointment they call and not only cancel, but also to tell us they will not take our case because they were too busy. They were at least professional enough to refer us to someone else and refund our deposit, hence the 2 star review and not 1 star. Other than that… 1 star all the way.

Johnalan Hester Was recommended by a neighbor who had only heard good things about this Law Firm. Went to see them fresh out of the hospital. Swollen, black and blue, and broken boned. The entire staff was empathetic and over time become your team of positivity and encouragement. Sometimes life gets in the way and if you have missed an appointment they will politely remind you to get it done. Staff is very friendly and Terry Gross delivered way beyond my expectations at settlement. This team will go out of their way to help you, is well connected, and overall great people to be around or speak to. DO NOT call those ambulance chasers you hear on the radio. Gross and Schuster is the team to call. Terry, Mallory, Patti, Jen, and Beth Made sure all Is were dotted and Ts crossed through the entire process. I could go on forever about how great they are. Give them a call. They are serious business.

We hired this lawyer to probate an estate and he has done multitude of mistakes and will not communicate with us on what is happening. Jon Webster If youre looking for a Lawyer who will file as he sees fit not as you request, than again in the response ignore your direct lawful request, ignore you, and put you in a worse situation than when you hired him financially THIS is your Guy. Files, does nothing but wait, blames the Judge and takes your money. It took over 6 months to move money owed to me, held by the Courts for 15 months prior, which directly led my losing my job and unable to work. He should be a bankruptcy Attorney as thats what hes done to me.

Tried to get my money back and his office told me that retainers were non refundable. He never once even worked on my sons case, just stole our money. Find a different lawyer!

But it’s the FACT that Mr Johnson stood up in court and fought so hard. He advocated and believed in me. He worked with me on payment, He also kept me on the right path.
