K Coppock I went into Certified Jewelers in Naples today to see about selling some gold. I was getting three estimates and this was my second stop. Henry (owner) started looking at my gold. I told him I was looking for the best price and he was my second stop. He asked, "whats the first price you got?" I said, "Im not telling you that". He said, "I cant waste my time if you might not sell to me". As he talked, he started looking at the gold anyway. He told me hed offer $5000. I said, "the Diamond District offered $5600", while picking up my gold. He said, "See! Thats why I dont usually do that". Then he started saying The Diamond District didnt know what theyre doing and "theyll take anything". Ill never step foot in that store again. Id advise others to do the same.

Maura DeLair I have never needed the services offered at a pawn shop and was clueless as to how it works. I was greeted and taken care of by a young man named JAIME. He was so kind and informative on procedure and the different ways a transition could be handled. I felt like I was treated very fairly. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs to recycle gold. Ask for JAIME he will take care of you!!!!

Michael, and his wife, Margie, are wonderful people. When Michael designs a piece, the project becomes personal and the results prove it. I had a ring, necklace and earrings, all of which were from grandmothers, great grandmothers and my mom, and all of which were not being worn. He is a genius! Ive attached a photo of the necklace he created for me, as well as a photo of some gold hoops he made to match a similar pair I already had in silver. I trust him explicitly and have returned several times to have him up-cycle things I wasnt using. Ive referred numerous clients and friends to H.M. Rose Jewelry. Everyone calls to tell me how pleased they are with the superlative customer service and with their jewelry.

Charlie K Careful, they sell counterfeit scam watches! Look at the example, it has a window of a day-date (presidential) yet it says datejust. I informed them of the scam and they ignored it. *to owner’s answer: I emailed you to let you know that you are selling a fake watch and you ignored it! This says datejust but datejust does not have a day of the week window. As a courtesy I offered you a chance to correct it and you ignored it, which means this was a malicious intent to defraud and not an accident. Get off your high horse and sell only authentic.

He came up with a beautifully unique design that complemented the pattern in the stone, and was very communicative throughout the process of making the pendant. I absolutely love the creativity that went into this piece!

samantha quintero Wonderful service fixed my necklace very fast and efficiently. Very honest they didn’t overtake my money when they quoted me a higher price they told me that they actually didn’t need to do all the things that they had said because they didn’t want to risk breaking the necklace that it was made a certain way. I appreciated the honesty and will definitely come back. Excellence service and very reliable and an affordable price couldn’t ask for more.
