Ronald M. Howe Pensacola Christian College deserves far more credit than it gets. It’s a solid institution that sticks to its principles, and in today’s world, that alone is commendable. PCC isn’t trying to be trendy or follow the latest cultural shifts—it’s focused on providing a quality Christian education that stays true to its founding values. The academics are rigorous and well-structured. Whether youre studying nursing, engineering, business, education, or ministry, you’ll be challenged and prepared. The professors are knowledgeable and genuinely care about their students’ success, both academically and spiritually. Theyre not just teaching a subject—they’re mentoring young adults. The campus is clean, safe, and impressively maintained. Facilities are constantly updated, and everything runs in an orderly fashion. There’s a reason for the rules—they’re there to help students grow in discipline and focus, which is something many other colleges have lost. Critics may call the standards too strict, but those who actually attend understand the purpose behind them. PCC fosters a community of like-minded people who want to learn, serve, and live with purpose. It’s not a party school, and it doesn’t try to be. Students come here because they’re serious about their future and about their faith. The friendships formed here are strong, built on shared beliefs and mutual respect. In a time when many Christian colleges are compromising to stay popular, PCC stays the course. It’s not perfect—no college is—but it’s consistent, focused, and committed to raising up students with character. If you want a place where you can get a serious education without compromising your values, Pensacola Christian College is a place worth defending.

James Long Dixon school of the arts and sciences has been the greatest blessing for my family and the community. The attention that my daughter has received has has allowed her educational growth take off. This has not been just with my daughter. My niece and nephew attend the school and have had the same success. Traveling the country and displaying their talents for the world to see. This is a great blessing for children to be able to interact with adults that truly care for the growth in education and the arts.

Cary Carter This school accepted my son into kindergarten this year. My son is a handful and a half but he is thriving at this school and the teacher Mrs. Hill is the perfect balance of love, hugs, and strictness.

Jessica Burke This school accepted my son on a scholarship he received for being bullied. A week after he was already enrolled they informed me that the scholarship was not secured and I would be responsible for close to $1,000 if not paid within 3 weeks. This was Trishs clerical error, way to go Trish! Further more they have a very strange system of having the current children enrolled "police" the new kids. It was shocking to find out a priest affiliated either the church was arrested for child molestation literally the day before we enrolled!!! They are now keeping his transcript hostage and there is no one to report them to but God I guess. This place is ridiculous, 0 stars.

Charley Nees I would not recommend this school! My brother and I went to this school a while ago and it was great back then. Recently with the new principal everything has changed for the worse. I think children, parents, and staff are mistreated. I think the goal was a lot of change and more discipline to help get everyone on track, but I don’t think rules and discipline are evenly distributed. I don’t agree with the numerous times Ms. Kenaga has yelled to children if their parents don’t like something or don’t do what she is asking then they should leave and find a new school. So many new teachers were hired and there has been many problems, but she entirely trusts her staff instead of hearing out the parents and children when they have concerns. If you have a email asking a simple question then you’ll get a reply, but if you have a concern or don’t agree with something then don’t expect a reply back. Even the teachers won’t reply back half the time either being told not to do so or on their own doing. Our four kids got kicked out because we had a concern that we needed a better understanding of the incident and we received little to none communication. Then the ending result was leave half way through the school year. We asked if our kids could finish out the year so we wouldn’t struggle to find somewhere else for them because that was not our intention to leave. Ms. Kenaga said if we dropped our kids off the next day at school that she would absolutely refuse to let them in. She even had a cop waiting there for us when we came to pick up our kids. It’s very sad what this school has come to.

janet jernigan My children went to school here. I volunteered for 5 years and taught at ECS FOR 16 years. It was once an amazing Christian School. Two years ago this November the school hired a new principal. Since that time there has been at the least 31 employees who have quit working at ECS. In December 2017 I withdrew my 5 grandchildren from the school. In February 2018 I turned in a 2 week notice and left a school and job that I once loved and felt Blessed to be a part of. I have NEVER in my adult life met a human being that treated people as awful as Stefanie Keeton (Principal) treats employees, students, and parents. She has caused many wonderful, amazing, Christian employees to leave and many parents to remove their children. I have never written a review for any establishment but I feel parents need to know what they getting into. Do your research before enrolling you child.

jordan johnson I wouldn’t dare send my kids back here ! principal have her picks and she is all about money , so disrespectful to kids & teachers she also think she gets to talk to kids any kid of way ! big way to change that is to take your kids out ! Worse school ever .

Alysha Pitcher When I moved down to be close to my Florida family all of my nieces and nephews went here. Soon after they got a new principal and things went down hill from there. She is disrespectful to teachers, parents and students alike. All of my nieces and nephews have been taken out of this school along with multiple other kids and a lot of employees quitting. The only change that made this happen was Mrs. Keaton!

Sarah Skinner I cant recommend this school enough! The teachers care about your childs education just as much as you do. The platform is so easy to navigate for both myself and all 3 of my children. This was my kids first year with connections they are in grades 1st ,3rd and 5th and showed growth throughout the year! My 3rd grader has an IEP for speech therapy and has been doing much better. Will definitely be returning for another year.

TimANDCarisa Webb We couldnt be happier with Connections Academys newest branch of schools. Weve been with Connections for 8 years. We are pleased with the academic platform and the support from the teachers. Our son thrives in the online school, he is academically confident, outgoing and happy.

Jackie L Not sure you can get any worse then Coastal Connections Academy. High School teachers do the least amount of work necessary to get by. Forget it if there is a problem. Youll never get a hold of anyone. Been waiting 2 months for my daughters official transcript that she needs to enroll in college and have been bounced around more times then a basketball at an NBA game. Everyone is just clueless.

jason anderson If i could give this place zero stars i would. my son attended this place and by no means was he great here, He has autism with alot of issues, We where told this was a good place for him and it wasnt they where not trained to deal with him at all and once again set him back in his education, They let a power hungry escambia county resource officer handle my son many times, one those times was throwing him to the ground and tackling after provoking him when she shouldnt even be around him because she has no idea what she is doing in that environment, when we had meetings about things i was told by principle that the officer was wrong and has been told times before to step away from students. yet they didnt remove her after this, all caught on camera and officer tried to hide what she did to my son. school should have backed our family but instead stayed neutral and we removed him because we didnt want him anywhere near that school again . If you child has autism with any kind of mood disorders and anger keep far far away from this place its a joke

Tiffany Hilston My daughter went here for 4th to 6th grade. She has had the best help she can get at her age in our area. The teachers are amazing at what they do. Everybody was always very welcoming to new students.

Ally Brooks Both of my kiddos have been students at Hope Horizon and it has been the best possible experience for each of them. They have different needs, but the school handles each with care and understanding. The school implements a consistent system of rewards for meeting expectations, helping the students not only learn, but also to apply what they have learned in real world situations.
