Mercedes Pena Great Experience at Babyland Bilingual Academy My twin children have recently started their journey here, and I couldn’t be happier with the warm welcome and the thoughtful approach to their learning. Coming from a completely Spanish-speaking background, we were initially concerned about their transition to a bilingual education. However, the staff at Babyland Bilingual Academy has been incredibly supportive, respecting their pace of learning and providing assistance in Spanish. This has made their introduction to English smooth and enjoyable. The academy’s commitment to fostering a bilingual environment is commendable. They have created a nurturing space where my children feel happy and motivated to learn. We are confident that Babyland Bilingual Academy is the perfect place to help them become proficient in both languages. Marcelo values and promotes bilingualism and that is valuable to me. I highly recommend Babyland Bilingual Academy to any parent looking for a supportive and joyful educational experience for their children.

Katherine Posey My littles have attended Babyland since the year they first opened. The school offers incredible support, communication, diversity and education for an excellent start for all kiddos. I have looked at other schools a few times over the years and none have come close to the benefits we receive at Babyland. I strongly recommend Babyland to all families looking for a school for their little ones!

Jeremy Udell We are so happy that we chose Welbourne as our daycare option. We looked at many other places in the area, but in the end couldnt beat the capabilities and comfort this place provides. The teachers are incredible, so caring and flexible. The staff are delightful across the board. Everyone greets you as you enter and as you leave. Just such a happy place.

Kristen Louidor Cannot say enough about how amazing Wellbourne is. We put our daughter in at 6 months (and after a hospital scare with RSV) and were scared to have her in daycare. But wellbourne has been so amazing with her. The staff give great updates on the app all day with videos and pictures and messages about feeding and diaper changes.. they have someone come in for music and play the guitar for the kids! Really fun themed events for the kids regardless of their infants and up! The class size is perfect! All the teachers know our daughters name, even those who arent teaching her in her class. Wellbourne is essentially like its own little community. I feel so safe leaving her there and she hasnt been sick once from daycare since being put in. You can feel the care the teachers and management have for all the children and seem to truly love their jobs. All the staff have been with Wellbourne for a long time and communicate very well.. Yes, some new daycares let you access video from home from your phones which wellbourne doesnt, but when you have as good of staff and communicative of staff via the app and in person? You really dont feel the need for the live video. Granted the admins do have videos on in their offices they watch all day..just not accessible for parents which like I said is perfectly fine. If considering leave your child or infant with Wellbourne? I 10/10 recommend!

N S ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Welbourne Nursery has been an absolute blessing for our family! My son has been attending since he was 6 months old, and now at 2 years old, they have truly become part of our tribe. The entire staff is amazing—so loving, patient, and dedicated. I don’t know what I would do without them! Every day, my son is excited to go to school, see his teachers, and play with his friends. The nurturing and educational environment has helped him thrive, and I’m constantly amazed at how much he’s learning and excelling. I couldn’t recommend Welbourne Nursery more!

MALBINA OMNASANY I am extremely delighted to have transferred my son from VPK at a Lake County Florida daycare. First Steps has made a huge positive impact in my sons interest to learn, read and even give grace!! Amen to that!!! The staff is always willing to help the parents and care for the children. Extremely recommend this center to all moms/dads. I never had my son cry before for not wanting to leave a daycare as he does here! My five-year-old simply loves this place, his teachers and so do I :-)

Brittany Pilcher My boys (currently age 1 & 3) have been attending First Steps since end of April 2020. The Executive & Program Director are phenomenal leaders, easing any concerns I had due to the pandemic. They are taking all precautions to keep the children and staff safe. The staff are very caring and loving and you can tell they are happy to be working with the children. My 3 year old is getting plenty of play both inside and outside and learning through the curriculum they provide. There is always communication from the staff on what is going on in the classroom and with our children. I feel very blessed that we found such a high quality faith based childcare center . It really is a hidden gem! Both my boys are thriving at First Steps. I highly recommend this daycare

Giselle Pineiro We found Kiddie Academy in Winter Park based on a recommendation by a fellow parent. The care by the Director, Miss Claudia, and the teachers have been excellent. They have wonderful safety protocols that you don’t always see strictly enforced at daycare- this gave me peace of mind given that we had come from a situation where this was not the case. On top of that they do a great job communicating any concerns. The facility is super clean, well-organized, and everyone is happy to work there. Will continue to recommend to any one who is looking for an excellent daycare.

Ashley and Michael Felix I cant say enough great things about Kiddie Academy of Winter Park! My son has been attending since he was just 4 months old, and hes now almost 3 years old. From day one, the staff has been incredibly attentive, caring, and dedicated to his growth and development. Its clear that they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with the children. A special shout-out to the director, Claudia, and the assistant director, Nina, who have been amazing throughout our journey. They are both professional, approachable, and always available to address any concerns or questions we may have. They’ve built such a wonderful, supportive environment that has made us feel like part of the Kiddie Academy family. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure each child is safe, happy, and engaged. My son has learned so much, and I truly appreciate how they balance fun with education, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. If you’re looking for a daycare that feels like a second home, with staff who truly care, Kiddie Academy of Winter Park is the place! Thank you, Claudia, Nina, and the entire team for your hard work and dedication. You all make such a difference in our lives!

Kaitie Taylor Kiddie academy of winter park is a great place to send your child. My child has been enrolled since she was 10 weeks old she is 17 months now and it has been great!! They have helped me a ton with every milestone! From eating solid foods to walking and now we are working on talking and playing well with others. My daughter is an only child so being in an environment with other children is great for socializing her. She has met a best friend and it is so cute to see them scream each other’s name (the best they can) with such excitement in the morning. She loves the staff and makes sure she hugs everyone (Miss Nina, Miss Wandy, Miss Natalie and more) every morning and afternoon when we leave. I feel great, secure and confident in their abilities to care for, protect and educate my baby. I love the fact that there are cameras in every classroom and play ground so I can check in our her throughout day whenever I miss her. Highly recommend Kiddie Academy of Winter Park.

Stephanie Mcclure My kids have attended Childtime for YEARS! & We love it here, including Ms. Nastassia the director! My oldest who doesnt attend the daycare anymore, says seeing her is the best part of her day. She always greets my kids with open arms. All the teachers are great here with communication thru out the day. THANK YOU--- Ms Charlene, Darlene, Rosemary, Melissa, Maria, Leilani, Angel, MR victor and even the kitchen staff. I also enjoy that the turnover is very low here, so all the teachers are familiar with you and your kids. (We have experienced every classroom over the years) :)

Bhavin Patel We have had the pleasure of sending both of our kids to this daycare, and we couldnt be happier with the experience, especially with Ms. Rose Mary as their teacher. From the moment we first met her, we knew our children were in good hands. Her genuine love and care for each child are evident in the way she interacts with them, always showing patience, kindness, and understanding. There is an abundance of communication from the staff and they have been extremely supportive in every way, at every stage of my children’s time there. My children have excelled there and love going to school. I would specifically like to acknowledge the VPK teacher, Ms. Dixon! It is so wonderful to have a teacher who truly understands the impact that she makes with the children she interacts with. She gives each child her direct attention and holds space for them when needed, providing a respectful and loving classroom. She leaves no room for negativity to fester between the children and teaches compassion. Top notch teach!

Genesis Arreola I’ve truly enjoyed being part of the Young Innovators Academy family while my daughter has been in their VPK program. Miss Dixon has been such a wonderful teacher—so patient, kind, and full of love. My daughter has grown so much academically and emotionally under her guidance. The assistant teacher, Ms. Zaida, has also been a consistent, caring presence, always showing compassion and attentiveness. I also want to recognize Miss Misti, the director, who is such a warm and genuine person. Along with Miss Brittney, the assistant director, they’ve made our experience seamless and comforting. Jeremias Tovar Rosa I dropped out of high school in 2010 when I was a junior and at the time, I thought I would never go back to school. Thankfully, the staff at Aloma helped me get my diploma. Once I was done, I was able to enlist in the Marine Corps and travel the world over. I will be completing my bachelors program this year. Best decision I ever made.
5 /5
Samayra rivera Aloma is a great school for students who need a balance schedule through work and education. It also has a great environment surrounded by tremendous staff. Aloma gives you a understanding of responsibility and independence. Aloma is a great school but it’s also a do it yourself so the only one who can get you to graduate or get you to be where you want to be is yourself! Aloma will help and support you along the way and have succeeded all your goals.

Amber Lese I Wasted a year of my life in this useless school (2012). after only a single year, I was fed up & transferred to Chancery, which is where I graduated, thanks to the help of Mr.Kinimen. Aloma is in a pretty nice location, which is what first lured me in. What makes this school so terrible is the Environment within the school. First, there has never been a moment of silence, I could never concentrate on my work, because their were ALWAYS people around me running their mouths & when it wasnt the students distracting me, it was the teachers who wouldnt shut up (Especially my teacher), I tried ear plugs, but it want enough. Other than never being able to concentrate because of the constant Noise, Their was also another issue. The teachers were TERRIBLE! I was in Mr.Clebornes class, He was By Far One of the Top 2 WORST teachers I have ever had! he was rumored as the smartest teacher in the entire school, so I chose his class. Whether he is smart or not is debatable (I think NOT), but one thing for sure, he is Definitely NOT a good teacher! He has no control or organization in his class, students walk in & out of class whenever & talk ALL the time. While i was in his class, i was only 2 credits from graduating, I was closer to graduating then anyone else in his class. But instead of helping me to graduate quicker, he completely ignored me, he refused to help me, he was always to busy. Months passed without any progress, I literally went to school every day & accomplished nothing, because I had NO help. Since he would not help me, I asked to change teachers, but Know one would let me, So I had no choice but to transfer Schools. If I would have stayed in his class, I never would have graduated. Enrolling in Aloma was the Worst mistake I ever made! Leaving Aloma was the BEST decision I ever made!

Rob Langston This school has been the missing puzzle piece for our family. The specialized approach to dyslexia, combined with compassionate and skilled teachers, has completely transformed our child’s confidence and learning experience. We’ve seen incredible progress, and most importantly, our child now loves school. Highly recommend to any family looking for a supportive and effective environment.

Kendall Harn Park School has been a total game changer. The teachers really “get” dyslexia and use strategies that actually work. The progress we’ve seen is life changing. Not only in reading and writing but in our child’s overall confidence and attitude towards learning. School anxiety is completely gone, which is a testament to how what a profound difference the right setting can make. The support here is incredible, and it’s been amazing to see our child thrive in a place that truly understands them. We’re so grateful and can’t recommend it enough!

Park Castagnos My son has attended Park School since the second grade and is now in 7th grade. He attended a A rated public school in the area as well as a private small private before Park School. He was diagnosed with dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia and delay of processing, ADHD. We have done OG tutoring 2x a week at Engage the Brain along with multiple other interventions prior to Park School. Park School has been an absolute blessing for my son. PS has helped him grow his self confidence, his reading is above grade level and he has beautiful cursive writing thanks to being taught it there. This has been the best fit for our child. He hated being behind his peers not being able to finish his work when he went to other schools. We would constantly get calls that he was sick or breakdown because of the anxiety he had going to school. He enjoys learning and attending Park School. Best decision ever for our child.

(16) Reviews The Walden School K-12:

Izzy Levy Walden is good for a specific type of kid. A kid who needs a smaller, more personalized environment for academic success without needing a lot of emotional or medical support. One of my friends had an F in math before she went to Walden that they helped her bring up to a B. I am leaving a 3 star review because I had a very mixed experience at Walden, but I recognize that its a great environment for some students. I went to Walden just a few weeks after being discharged from a therapeutic boarding school in Utah. It was a very rough transition for me, and Walden both helped and hurt. The other students were great, and the small size was much better for an autistic kid than a traditional public school. However, the teachers and administration were not very understanding. I know that they can only do so much to help an emotionally struggling teen, but they could have practiced more of what they taught: empathy. I had issues with showing off, but instead of talking to me about it and correcting me in the moment, administration talked to my parents about expelling me. It would have been different if theyd corrected me and I hadnt changed, but they didnt even try to give me feedback. Academics were decent. Great for kids who need a personalized curriculum. But I noticed that when I transferred to virtual public school, I was learning things that I should have learned in Algebra 1 in Algebra 2. They make it very hard to go to a school with a different curriculum, and that leads to some kids falling behind. They claimed to have extracurriculars that they didnt have. When I was there, they just had a dance class with a very unempathetic and ableist teacher. I was on a med that gave me significant side effects, including heatstroke susceptibility. Towards the end of the school year, we were doing a very physical dance outside, and I noticed symptoms of heat illness. When I asked the dance teacher to take a break, she refused because it was a partner dance and I couldnt leave my partner. She then said that she was proud of me for doing things even when I got hot, despite me saying many times that what she was making me do was a health hazard. I arrived at home that day and crashed on my bed, sleeping for about 2 hours. I now know that what I was experiencing was heat exhaustion. Easily preventable if the dance teacher had allowed me a break. All in all, this school has its pros and cons. Great social environment and personalized academics, but lack of understanding of students who struggle medically and emotionally. Some kids excel at Walden, others dont. If considering this school, make sure your kid is the type to excel there.

Brian Rotenberger I cannot say enough good things about Walden Community School. I have known the owner and the school since the school was founded. It was always on our radar. Low and behold as our daughter aged into middle school, we quickly realized that the public school setting was not going to work for her. She did a shadow visit to Walden and the rest is history. My child is not only learning in a way that suits her best, but she is free of the anxiety and stress that she was experiencing in public education. Walden has put her on a path for college and adult success, and most important, she is a happy and healthy teenager. Thank you Walden!

It was a bit of a tough transition for her but the team could not have been more supportive. Every adult in the building knows her by name and she’s happy to see all of them so I know she is loved and well-cared for during the day. I can see how much she is learning from month to month and they do so many fun things for the kids that are either included in the price or not expensive. Lastly, they cover all of the meals and they are nutritious and made on site.We love WPDN and I recommend it to everyone.

His transition was tough, however the staff made many accommodations to make him feel comfortable until he adjusted. The teachers were so hands on and spent so much time with him. I love this daycare so much and highly recommend for any parent who wants to place their child in a center that truly cares. They were so kind and always sent home cute gifts. They are extremely transparent and give hourly notifications about your child as the day goes on - including adorable photos. Thank you WPDN for everything! You guys are all wonderful!
