Samantha Baez A shame that they call themselves a school. Lies are fed from the second you step into admissions. They dance around the fact and claim to be unsure if the programs are accredited. Just know, only the nursing program has current accreditation. Next, financial aid told me that my credit score could not be affected by taking loans. Yet another lie. In addition, if you have a disability and are interested in using accommodations at this school, be weary. I have a legal disability and requested accommodations for 4 months in a 10 month program. Due to poor communication, those were never made possible. Next, the education remains subpar as the majority of staff is involved in drama becoming far too distracted to focus on all learning material listed in the curriculum. Turnover rate for professors is extremely high and while being in this veterinary assisting program for only half the program time, we have gone through several different instructors. After attending this school for several courses, I managed to maintain a 4.0 GPA until the stress of this dysfunctional school led me to crumble. They were very swift to unenroll me after informing me last minute that my LDA was reaching the maximum days. I had no clue what the LDA entailed past a short description in the handbook. Poor employee training was obvious as some staff had total control over vital aspects of education and school policies while letting others remain clueless. HCI College has left empty handed and absolutely traumatized by their actions. I am now in a financial hole with little options and nothing to show for it. Biggest regret of my life, save your money and time.

ASavyNetwork The school is only good if you’re deciding to do anything nursing. I was fed lies about my tuition being 19,000 for the vet assistant program, only to see later on down the line, now it’s 24,700. Where the extra money was needed? Don’t know. I never got an actual book, just a link to it, only after another former student found it for free. We dont have actual equipment to learn what’s properly needed & that sucks. Your credits don’t transfer if you decide to go away to another school to become a Vet Tech. You can only get the answers you need if you go in office (which makes no sense to me). I’ve watched them remove a former classmate due to a surgery she already expressed they needed. The vet program is really bad… I wouldn’t recommend. Maybe for nursing, but not vet assistance. They don’t care in my opinion.

Steve Rauh Keiser invited my nephew for a visit and it was AWESOME!!! The football coaching staff is first rate!! The support staff of the school and football program are very welcoming, honest and thorough! The President of the University was all over campus greeting and welcoming visitors, thanking them for making the trip. He was also personally providing shuttle rides, saw him pick up wrappers, checking restrooms for cleanliness! Kudos to the ENTIRE school for their hard work and efforts to host visitors! Keiser University is PURE CLASS!!

Shauna Dysart It is extremely hard to get in contact with reps in the offices. No one answers the phone! School is extremely expensive unless you are there on scholarships. You need several to pay for this tuition or you will definitely come out of school in debt!

Esha Jaxn I recently had a conversation with an advisor from Kaiser College regarding their registered nurse program. While I had initially reached out with high hopes and excitement, the conversation took an unexpected turn that left me feeling disappointed and disheartened. During the conversation, the advisor asked me about the year I graduated from school. When I mentioned that I graduated in 1995, his response (ooh/eww)seemed to be one of disappointment. This response caught me off guard and left me feeling devalued and discouraged. As someone who was looking to further educate myself and make a positive change in my life, I did not expect my age and the year I graduated to be the focus of the conversation. It is disheartening to feel judged based on these factors, especially when seeking support and guidance from an educational institution. Education should be a platform that welcomes individuals from all walks of life and provides equal opportunities for growth and advancement. It is unfortunate that the advisors response overshadowed the potential benefits and opportunities that Kaiser College may have offered. As a result, I have decided not to proceed with my scheduled appointment. It is my belief that age should never be a determining factor in ones ability to pursue education and further their career. In conclusion, my experience with the advisor from Kaiser College left a lasting negative impression. The lack of sensitivity and understanding displayed during our conversation has made me question the values and inclusivity of the institution. I hope that my feedback can serve as an opportunity for Kaiser College to reflect on their practices and ensure that all individuals, regardless of age or background, are treated with the respect and support they deserve.

John OBrien If there was a model for a bad business You found it Here in this review of Kaiser University, Especially notable This is a Business teaching University. My son visited The Florida West Palm Beach location After His acceptance And found it most suitable to his liking. He was given a beautiful sales pitch And told he could finish In two years As he was entering Is junior year here This dorm room was picked out his roommates established And he then drove from MA to FL arriving early prior to school start. Upon meeting with various people regarding His course selections, He was told That he would have to Add two more semesters Because Prior course load he took from previous college Was not acceptable to them To finish in two years Even though they had his transcripts in hand For four months. How much then is it for two more semesters he asked Only 20K they stated You can Finance it! When he asked to review the transcripts together They said they lost it and couldnt find it. He then went to the assistant Dean Stated his position explaining the trip of 1483 miles and $ 1800 spent Could have been avoided And what can he do now? The assistant Dean had no answers Other than spend the 20K And the person who made the mistake Would not acknowledge it. Finally An honest person who worked Whisped to him Three days before class started That if he Signs a paper stating he was leaving the college today reasoning by tomorrow he would have to pay For a semesters Tuition! He hastily Return to his dorm room Repacked all the furniture back into his truck, signed paperwork, got a hotel room that night and next day started his 1483 miles journey home heartbroken and disgusted by Keiser due process or lack there of professionalism and empathy.

Elliott Ramos Horrible school. The paint is falling off the walls in some classes. They use black board and have the same curriculum you can google most the answers because they use the same format curriculum instead of actually making their own. They up charge books at the bookstore on campus. It’s a money sync. Now idk what they did but I’m not getting paid from my Gi bill for July. School is a joke. If I don’t get paid today I’m actively going to refund all the money I gave to the school with the VA As of today I received a letter of debt saying I have to pay back tuition because they withdrew me. Mind you I was dealing with VA disability problems and I was deemed permanent and disabled due to these issues. They kicked me out I didn’t leave. So I’m not paying back this debt and they will be hearing from my attorney. I suggest yall call the VA and fix the issue because your not getting any money from me.

Taty The nursing program here is a complete joke! Out of 24 students only about 8 students made it to second semester. This school is so money hungry! I’ve been warned for years too avoid this institution but I still decided to give Keiser a try. Sucks to say that you guys failed me completely! Do yourself the biggest favor and go somewhere else. They don’t care about you, they care about your money.Trust me. * Update: As you can see Keiser replied saying that I should contact them and address my concerns. It’s been 8 days since I emailed no response. Literally just proved what I said. THEY DON’T CARE!!
