Leigh Aeson My daughter received services from Dr. Howard and his staff. My daughter wanted me to leave a 5-⭐ Review on her behalf. She was very pleased with her experience. She says she would like to continue to go to Dr. Howard for her dental needs because it was painless and she in fact had the literal giggles the entire time. Sidenote: She is terrified of needles and was shocked to learn that she had been giving a decent number of them to numb her mouth up real good. They were fast, thorough, thoughtful and efficient from my own perspective. The office was quiet, professional, clean and the dental assistant sanitized each time she was complete a step within the process. Dr. Howard displayed great emotional intelligence; which allowed my daughter to feel comfortable knowing she would need an extraction while being awake. I, myself have had a tooth extraction from Dr.Howard and he makes it so you never know he has already taken the tooth. It is just that fast and professional. Thanks to Dr.Howard and his Team.

Damion Goodwin Of course I was apprehensive about going to a dentist. When I got there everyone was welcoming and smiling like they enjoyed being there. Im not sure what I was expecting but it wasnt that. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. She didnt get an attitude or anything when my paperwork didnt show up from online. She just filled it out on her end as I answered the questions. The young lady that did my X Rays was extremely nice to. Not only did she take pictures of my teeth but she sat there and talked with me for a bit. Im sure she didnt KNOW I needed that but I did. The dentist came in and she was very nice too. She explained everything to me like I was human and not a robot. The establishment is very welcoming and homey. Im sorry Im not good with names but I will definitely be learning them since I feel this will be my forever dental facility. Thank you for being so nice!!

Ive never been treated so well in a medical office, with such care and concern and kindness. I am so grateful to Dr James and to all the staff for your kindness and professionalism. Karie Bundy Ms. Eve James is an excellent dentist. The office staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to provide patients with quality service. I also love that the office is open much later in the evening for those with busy work schedule who have a hard time finding the time to visit a dentist. Overall, I am very pleased.

Tkayla Dickey Poor Customer Service & I wouldn’t recommend anyone to be selected for dental insurance through them either. I’ve been trying to get my son, daughter & myself an appointment since forever. I always get placed on hold & the phone somehow ends up hanging up. This is the dental office to be exact. I could never get to anyone or to even get scheduled for an appointment cause no one knows where’s the dentist doctor whereabouts or their schedule. Which is odd. I thought they work 8am-5pm but no one knows anything? CRAZYYYYYYY. They’ve told me multiple times to call at the end of each month or to call & see if any appointments been canceled. Why should I have to see if anyone canceled appointments? That’s not my job. I’m fed up because with the insurance I was provided is through them but I can’t even get an appointment scheduled to be seen. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH THEM TO BE SEEN FOR THE DENTIST AREA. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME.

Queanesia Nelloms Great dental office. After being dismissed from Bond Community Health center, My kids was able to get an appointment as new patients within a month. Del Carlo went above and beyond to fix my kids mouth, which was full of cavities. I highly recommend this dental office.

Murphy Maddox Cant recommend this dentist enough. Incredibly smart but also KIND--helps alleviate anxiety and explains every part of the procedures. He cares about his patients and has a professional team in place to help. He is also skilled with implants for tooth replacement, root canals and any type of cosmetic dentistry you could ever want! Five stars!
