She was supposed to put layers in both my daughters hair. Instead they have two different lengths straight across. Not graduated at all. And my son has cuts on the back of his neck from her clippers.

I had just moved to Florida from Ohio and was in need of a stylist that could cut short hair and also color blonde. I was out one evening and kept looking at her hair because I loved it - short, sassy and blonde. I went over and interrupted her to ask where she gets her hair done because I need someone as I just moved to the area. To my surprise, she said I do my own hair - I own my own shop. I hit the jackpot!! I grabbed her card and quickly made an appointment. Jenna did not disappoint. She listened to me, asked questions, and gave suggestions. I loved what she did with my hair and was so glad the stylist gods allowed us to cross paths. Fast forward and I am back in Ohio full-time. But....I still fly to Florida for a long weekend to have my hair done by Jenna every six weeks! That is how good she is. I continually receive compliments on my hair. I cannot say enough good things about Jenna, her skills, how darling her shop is, her energy level and professionalism.
