David R Bailey I always get great care at Primary Dental. The front office staff are always very friendly and take great care of you when you arrive and/or leave. They do this with smiles on their faces! I always feel like they are glad to see me. They also give full details on the cost for a procedure and what my insurance would and would not cover, with charges broken down. Of course, Doctor Hernandez has great doctor-patient relations, while still giving excellent care. I had to have a partial plate for a while and he took multiple steps to ensure that my partial fit perfectly. This year he was able to replace my partial with a bridge and an implant. So wonderful!!! Today I received the crown on the implant post. It was an easy experience. I have no problem giving them five stars!

e k Ive visited Dr. Bs office 3 times, once for a cleaning, once for a wisdom tooth removal and cavity refilling, and for a follow up for the removal. From the first visit, it was clear that this is a very professional operation. They have all the latest equipment and tech, and clearly a highly organized system for everything they do. The place is well designed and feels more like a spa than a dentist office. Even the background music was different each day but obviously curated for the mood. The pricing was half of what I expected it to be. Dr. B spends unlimited time with you and if feels like Im the only patient. They try not to double book so although there are other patients, you get seen pretty quickly. Dr. B is a very impressive person. He is flown around the world to give lectures on the latest dental practices.

Olga Schidlowsky I’m a long time patient of Dr B and highly recommend him! He is a professional. His office staff is outstanding. All are friendly and courteous. Clean and modern office. Appointments are on time. I needed a retainer and he uses the itero machine to digitally photograph my mouth. No need for nasty impressions and the retainer was ready in a day. It’s a pleasure working with him!

His front office staff is very attentive and takes the time to inform the patients about coverage and costs. They also give you every possible price break if something happens to not be covered and consequently out of pocket. Luckily i found Mitchell Feuer on Google Maps and he even talked German as he has german relatives. He Most surpringsly had an awesome sense of Humor. I felt no pain and very little discomfort during the cleaning process, which may have been a first as there’s usually some pain and sensitivity that I’ve had with cleanings in the past.
