1 /5 Plinio Guerrero: I have been visiting Smile Garden for over a decade, and I have generally enjoyed my experience throughout the years. However, approximately five years ago, I changed my insurance provider and provide my current insurance information each year. To my dismay, it has come to my attention that the front desk has failed to update my insurance records for the past five years, resulting in unwarranted out-of-network charges. This unexpected development has left a bad taste in my mouth. Update: I have been informed by the receptionist that I am no longer welcome in the office. However, I have no desire to return and I am confident that there are better options out there.
