1 /5 Lauren K: I’m writing this on behalf of my mother, who recently had a tooth extraction at this office. After the procedure, the dentist sent her home without prescribing pain medication. She has been in severe pain for almost a week now. When she called the office to ask for help, they simply told her to buy over-the-counter Motrin (800mg). No compassion, no follow-up, no proper care. This experience felt not only neglectful but also discriminatory. My mother is a Black woman, and the way she was treated compared to the overly positive reviews here is alarming. It makes me wonder if people of color are being treated differently and if so, that’s a serious issue. No one deserves to suffer in pain after a dental procedure, especially when it could be avoided with proper care. I hope this office re-evaluates how they treat patients of all backgrounds. People come here in need — not to be ignored. This place doesn’t deserve my star, but that’s the only way to submit my review.
