Emily K We needed patient records for an implant but the office does not keep any records. Implants can last forever so why won’t they keep dental records? Even though it’s been 9 years - dental records are used to ID so many things. I was told records were cleaned out after they went digital. They found a file but with no patient records how could that be?

Doha Amraoui Poor policy’s and practice! My daughter first visit to a dentist and they would not let me back with her. When I asked they said its policy, this was not told to me when I schedule her first appt. The dental assistant just ask me to have a seat and he taking her for x-rays. This is not acceptable nobody will send their child back with some stranger for medical services. Why you wouldn’t want a parent with their kids to get x-rays!! PLEASE PARENTS do not make appointments at this office!!! Definitely think twice before using this office. Front office staff are so rude!!!! Their lack of professionalism and accountability is astounding! Constantly rescheduling appointments and every time is a story "the dentist is not available or the front office made a mistake".

Jo Block First few visits were fine. Dentist commented one time how great my daughters teeth looked (around 3 at the time) and said she wish she could show her as an example to other parents. Fast forward a couple of visits later, x-rays were "attempted" to be taken but my daughter did not "cooperate". I wasnt told any of this till another visit and by then she was due for a crown.. Things started to go down hill when I had an appointment canceled on me, switched to another date but now shes due for a cleaning and cant do the crown the same day because no one was available. Ok Ill make another appointment as well! Appointment comes along and the visit takes 3 HOURS. When we arrived I was told to sit down and wait for paperwork. After filling out paperwork and not being seen for about an hour I asked how much longer and was told we were late so we were pushed to the back. My daughter had to use the restroom and I asked if she was called if we would still be in line. The restroom is outside of the office down the hallway. We came back and werent seen still. I was told we had to wait because we stepped away. What am I supposed to do, let my daughter urinate herself? Vowed to myself after that day we would NEVER be back! Do yourself and find a dentist practice that will let you go back with your child. Its also almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone when you call.

Katherine Meditation I recently had a crown and two cavities done at Bayway Dental and I was highly impressed by the friendly staff and Dr. Sherberg. I was used to undergoing lengthy procedures at other offices, but Dr. Sherberg is very efficient and gets things done quickly and effectively. Her information was comprehensive and she explained exactly what she was doing throughout this visit. I left with a detailed dental plan. I returned the following week for 2 planned fillings. I recently had my first set of partials, and they are a perfect fit because of the skill and careful fitting I received. Going to any other dentist at this point is out of the question. The personal concern Dr Le and the entire staff showed surpassed any dentist in recent years. Definitely a nice change from corporate owned dentists who make me feel like a product on an assembly line or that suggest unnecessary procedures for profit. Thom Taylor Wednesday November 13 I had an excellent experience at Lifetime Smiles Dental Care in Saint Petersburg. The inside of the office is always very relaxing and welcoming. I am immediately calm just walking in the door. All fees and charges are very clear, the staff will explain them so there are no surprises when it comes to billing. The entire staff is professional courteous. Vita was my hygienist and she is intelligent courteous and very well trained. Only an expert can be as thorough but also extremely gentle when cleaning teeth. Vita is just that an expert. She made me laugh which just added to my level of comfort and ease. I experienced no pain in the entire cleaning which is not normal for me since my gums are very sensitive. All in all Lifetime Smiles Dental Care is the best dental office in my opinion and I actually look forward to returning. 5 Stars excellent experience

Andrea Alpaugh Wow. I went in for an initial consultation today with Dr. Nick and Monique. They were friendly and professional. The consult was very comprehensive and things were explained in layman’s terms. The best news is the treatment plan I received is THOUSANDS of dollars less expensive than another quote I have from a big box dental group. Annabella is also wonderful to work with, she helped me figure out I had dental insurance. I also want to note that the tech who did my x-rays was very gentle. Dr. Sean did a great job on my cleaning and was thorough and knowledgeable. Sasha assisted and did my polishing and was great and very friendly. Morning Star Having an issue with your teeth? Need emergency dental attention? Need a crown? You can waste your time, visit other dentists or call around to get the best price like I did, unfortunately…OR, go to Dr. Moneyhan and get quick, kind and professional service at the fairest price in town. I was fortunate that his office was able to accommodate me and attend to my broken tooth the day after the Thanksgiving holiday. Like most of us, I do not like going to the dentist. But it is important to go at least once a year. To that end, I will certainly be going back to Dr. Moneyhan for all of my future dental work. He was great.

Joe Gelwicks I cant praise Dr. Moneyhan enough. I was given several estimates for a full mouth dental reconstruction. The procedure, proposed by several large dental groups, was very complicated and costly. I thought I would try one more evaluation. Dr. Moneyhan proposed a procedure that was not only less costly, it was simple and did not disrupt my life and daily activities. And I got the best looking teeth I every had! Dr. Moneyhan and his staff were both pleasant and professional. Joe

Valerie Smith Great dentist, conservative treatment plans, good (and transparent) pricing. Researched dentists for a while before choosing Dr Moneyhan, he was very thorough and answered all my questions. I had a particularly deep cavity that was on the verge of needing a root canal, he was able to drill it out without hitting a nerve and put in a filling. I also had a different tooth that needed a root canal, he referred me to a place and then I came back to get my crown put in. I don’t have dental anxiety but if I did I’d go to Dr. Moneyhan, he explains exactly what’s going to happen (e.g. “two pinches here, three seconds each” “I’m going to smooth out this filling with the slow drill and you’ll feel slightly slower vibrations”). Ultimately was painless and my toothache was resolved without being upsold anything I didn’t need like sealants or fluoride treatments. I would recommend Dr. Moneyhan to anyone looking for a dentist.
