1 /5 Emily K: We needed patient records for an implant but the office does not keep any records. Implants can last forever so why won’t they keep dental records? Even though it’s been 9 years - dental records are used to ID so many things. I was told records were cleaned out after they went digital. They found a file but with no patient records how could that be?

1 /5 Doha Amraoui: Poor policy’s and practice! My daughter first visit to a dentist and they would not let me back with her. When I asked they said its policy, this was not told to me when I schedule her first appt. The dental assistant just ask me to have a seat and he taking her for x-rays. This is not acceptable nobody will send their child back with some stranger for medical services. Why you wouldn’t want a parent with their kids to get x-rays!! PLEASE PARENTS do not make appointments at this office!!! Definitely think twice before using this office. Front office staff are so rude!!!! Their lack of professionalism and accountability is astounding! Constantly rescheduling appointments and every time is a story "the dentist is not available or the front office made a mistake".

1 /5 Jo Block: First few visits were fine. Dentist commented one time how great my daughters teeth looked (around 3 at the time) and said she wish she could show her as an example to other parents. Fast forward a couple of visits later, x-rays were "attempted" to be taken but my daughter did not "cooperate". I wasnt told any of this till another visit and by then she was due for a crown.. Things started to go down hill when I had an appointment canceled on me, switched to another date but now shes due for a cleaning and cant do the crown the same day because no one was available. Ok Ill make another appointment as well! Appointment comes along and the visit takes 3 HOURS. When we arrived I was told to sit down and wait for paperwork. After filling out paperwork and not being seen for about an hour I asked how much longer and was told we were late so we were pushed to the back. My daughter had to use the restroom and I asked if she was called if we would still be in line. The restroom is outside of the office down the hallway. We came back and werent seen still. I was told we had to wait because we stepped away. What am I supposed to do, let my daughter urinate herself? Vowed to myself after that day we would NEVER be back! Do yourself and find a dentist practice that will let you go back with your child. Its also almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone when you call.

5 /5 Sydney Love: I really enjoyed my appointment at this location. I’m usually a patient at the Largo office but they’re taking patients here while they remodel. This location is huge and very aesthetically pleasing. I was there when they opened, but I noticed it got very busy after I left. It seems very popular with the locals. Overall I am pleased with the service I receive when I go to Great Expressions. They’re honest, kind and helpful folks. The doctor here that helped me was Dr Zakari (spelling?) and she was so pleasant and calm. I get very anxious at the dentist and she was thoughtful and patient. She let me ask my many questions and answered thoroughly. I got a deep cleaning and a couple fillings and was out in two hours. The work itself was quick and fairly painless. When I had moments of discomfort they would stop and give me a break. The assistants and hygienists talked me through every step and were very friendly. I’m always happy when I come to these locations. I highly recommend checking them out.

1 /5 Ddd Ddd: We were at an appointment, I dont know the name, but the doctor doesnt understand his job at all. Besides, his hands were shaking and he was scared. he looked at the pictures, then I pointed to the tooth with caries, and he looked at the papers and said that he absolutely agreed with the doctors previous decisions (which had already been made), but he couldnt even figure out which tooth to make. I removed the old seal, and the caries that was left. saying that its a stain... He doesnt understand anything about dentistry at all. I had to redo everything in another place.
