Horrible. This service was so bad I felt like I had to translate in both English and Spanish. The owner was so rude almost like a bully and not in a joking way. She made multiple nasty comments about my hair falling out loud almost to embarrass me? I have never experienced something like that. I hope nobody has to go through that especially if you have any insecurities. When I tried to tip her (which I now strongly regret) she would not even look my way. I have never felt so disrespected while paying for a service I am absolutely confused lol
