marie balan I received a facial from the owner. She was extremely professional and answered any questions i had. Trust me I had plenty. Boutique was clean and organized. My skin has been vibrant since my service about 2 weeks ago. I will be returning soon, and would recommend to any and everyone.

Rosemary Colangelo Karolina gave me an EXCELLENT manicure. She took her time and paid attention to cleaning my nails and cuticles. She shaped my nails perfectly. Karolina applied the gel polish with precision. I left her salon with new hands. I highly recommend her for manicures, and am quite certain her pedicures would be the same. In addition she is sweet and kind. A wonderful experience!!!

Cara Coletti Hanah was great she did an amazing job and she was so friendly. She was very professional, and gave me exactly what I asked for. Cibi was also very kind and made sure that I was left completely satisfied . I will definitely be back again in 3 weeks :)

Gina My manicure and pedicure were subpar on Saturday with Julie. I had the chocolate coconut special and for 90 dollars - my cuticles are a mess, the shape is not what I requested, the nail polish is too thick, I’m still getting the chocolate scrub out from under whats left of my nails and she forgot the moisturizer on my hands. Very disappointed.

Jessica E Not customer oriented I only heard of this place because my sister in law got me a gift card for Mother’s Day. Went there several months later because I have a place I’ve been using for a decade. I made an appointment for another massage the next month. I was sick with the flu at the time of the appointment. They called me. I wanted to reschedule but was charged the full amount of the massage approximately $100… I would have been fine with being charged a fraction, even though it sickness is not my fault… I’m NEVER going back to this establishment

I love the results I get with Pelleve and that it is non- invasive and so relaxing like getting a facial but results like I had fillers and much more affordable and long lasting. Jean Petty I have been going to Neos Nails for over 2+ years and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Her salon is always clean and one of the only places that I trust she cleans her tools for every client. Naomi is good at copying designs or free styling any idea you might have. She has consistently worked with my schedule and I really look forward to every appointment I have with her.

Monica Cabrera Perfection! I was introduced to Yaimara by a longtime client of hers and am extremely happy with my nails. Yaimara pays close attention to detail, is punctual and asks about your preferences to provide a flawless manicure. I am beyond picky with my nails and Yaimara exceeded my expectations. The photo doesn’t do them justice. She just earned a new long-term client!

Lee Cheri $115 (original price) for a mess! Went in for full set and pedi. Pedi was okay, the tech wasn’t very inviting though she was friendly which I appreciated but my toes arent the best looking. The full set tech was almost fully cold. He spoke at me, spoke over me and answered my questions impatiently in an annoyed tone. I complimented his tats and tried to make small talk to lighten the mood. It went no were. It got really uncomfortable when the tech started puffing and dropping his shoulders after every nail he manually worked on, as if ordinary filing  was now extensive labor. Midway through doing the tips on the 1st hand, he took a call that would last the remainder of our sessions. During this time, he was even more short - putting his hand up to stop me from asking questions about my nails to listen to the caller, only to ask my opinion after my nails were drying.  I didn’t bother him with my thoughts and chose to explain my concerns to the manager (Lee) I spoke to the manager in a low even tone to not be overheard or misunderstood. I apologized for interrupting her session for assistance and told her I did not like my nails. I gave details on the impatient/impolite  behavior & lack of concern up until my nails were already drying. I asked that she talk to the tech at a later time following my absence. Instead of doing so, the manager nonchalantly announced that I didn’t like my nails & went back to conversing with her customer. I stepped away to use the restroom while I waited for my payment to arrive only to return to the manager and two other techs, along with their 3 customers, commenting and laughing about my experience. I heard one customer ask “who did her toes then” while the others snickered. The manager made a point to announce “that’s what happens when you bite your nails, now you don’t want to pay” in the air not directed towards anyone as the rest laughed while exchanging glances with me. I didn’t complain about the price or even mention it & I do not bite my nails. Thanks for the terrible service & lack of accountability. Expecting professionalism is clearly out the question, but trying to passively bully your customers? Lol

Samantha Alvarado I went in for a coffin ombre set. This is NOT coffin (that I was charged extra for) and the ombre is blended so badly. The pics are immediately after leaving and there was still such a mess on my fingers. This was my first time and I really regret it, I left crying! Yes, its just nails but I paid $60 for a set I feel embarrassed to have on. The male (not sure his name) tech wasnt friendly either. I always try to be patient and trust the process. Not sure if Ill try again with someone else.

Pia Snyd Nasty and rude, the guy didn’t clean his station just before he had another lady doing his manicure, then he was going to use the same dirty tools to do my nails, I asked him to use clean ones and he just gave me a bad look and turned around to get another set. Pulling my hands all the time, rude from beginning to end. What an unpleasant experience Never again. Disgusting place!! I think they have a new owner who doesn’t care about keeping everything clean

joe cohen Best nails ever by Wei Always does a great job. Because of our line of work (screening pool cages) Wei /jon goes the extra mile and makes the top coat extra thick so I don’t break the nails as easily as you normally would.and the deluxe foot and leg massage was extra long and great says michele

I dont mind paying more because of the high quality of work and amount of detail and precision that goes into my nails. Highly recommend this family owned salon for nail and waxing treatment. (The nail style/color shown is a mood change 3D gel)

Ashley Peabody I walked in around 3, and Krystal met us at the door. She and her husband, Sam run the business alone. She could fit us in at around 5:15, and had me text her my design and name. She called us sooner than she said, and got us right in. My niece and I both got acrylics. Krystal and Sam were the most wonderful people Ive ever met at any salon. I wont ever go anywhere else, and its going to be an hour drive from home for me. Worth it. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and super funny. They even have Netflix. Next time, I plan to try the eyebrows and maybe a pedicure. Between removing old polish on my nails, two full sets of acrylic, and all that comes with that, we were there a little over 2 and a half hours. It would have been quicker if we werent having too much fun. This was far more than just getting your nails done. This was a great experience for me and for my niece. We absolutely loved Sam and Krystal, and their work. I got the magnetic cat eye polish, and my niece went with solid green, solid black, and a marbled nail. Both came out beautifully and shaped perfectly.

Bubbaliciousb Beyond happy with getting my nails done here! They all do such quality work! My go to place for pampering!! Just picked a color 2 days ago from their new chrome collection, that unfortunately started chipping. It was a new product which the color was amazing but the quality wasn’t there for durability. I called them and they invited me back to fix them and they did such a quality job!! I highly recommend Don’s Essence nails 2!! The salon is absolutely gorgeous and they treat you right!! Gonna post photos of the last 3 colors I’ve got from here! With the newest one first!! The last picture is their new chrome pallet which I love however it wasn’t durable enough

Over the years and visiting several different nail salons, this one has to be the most friendliness and caring salon. I have been coming to this salon now for two years and everytime each visit has been wonderful.

They immediately remembered how I like my toes and the design I prefer (I’m a bit picky, and they alway satisfy:) If you aren’t dating they WILL do their best to make it right! The family feel is wonderful. Local family whose kids go to school in the community. It’s nice to have a NailTek that feels like family and makes you feel like a good friend when you walk in. 10/10 recommend!
