Not only are her prices more reasonable than others around the area but she did such an amazing job. I did regular polish because I don’t like gel. She was meticulous and took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. They looked like she did gel polish! Taylor Marris Made an appointment for mani/pedi. Pedicure was fine. Manicure is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I feel bad because the nail tech worked with me and worked really hard but he cut nearly every one of my nail beds, burned me multiple times with the drill under my nail, and filed so much on the sides my skin is raw. My nails and fingers hurt. Do NOT go to this salon. We came from Tampa with no power after Milton. I had to cancel my nail appointment with my local nail tech. We are in town for MY WEDDING and I’m stuck with painful nails that I’m honestly worried are going to get infected. The reviews were decent but do not believe the other reviews. The nails themselves look decent but my cuticles and skin is so tender and painful.

We started our treatments at the steam room. My teenage daughter had a facial and loved the after glow on her skin! I had a deep tissue massage by Rosa and it was exactly what I needed to decompress from my labor intensive day-to-day (wedding designer here). I felt refreshed! Absolutely recommend Casbah and will return on our next trip!

Kemmy M Update- Ive been wanting matte nails for some time now. I decided to try it on my recent visit and I and so pleased with the outcome ☺️ LOVE IT! The salon is very clean which is a plus. The staff seems very nice. Ive visited twice and what I noticed is they offer different types of pedicures but no one has ever asked which service I prefer. Next time Ill tell them if they dont ask. Basic pedi is $30 its an extra $15 for gel. For a gel mani/pedi I paid $80. The cuticles couldve been done better but its not too bad.

I literally paid bc I was on a work call. But I swear I should have complaint w the manager. Manicurist did not even try to TALK to me, when I asked for the form I wanted, or choosing the color. JUST LOOK AT THE PHOTOS. I had to ask her NAIL BY NAIL “Can you please fill in the border sorry” and she still did not….. DO NOT GO THERE. Don’t waste your money. NO NO NO PLEASE DONT COME I understand red can be HARD but if you don’t feel like I prefer you SAYING SOMETHING!

Dameon Graham They do great work at a good price, but they will overbook appointments. They leave you in chair soaking for a good while waiting for your tech to finish their last client. I can deal with a 10-15 min wait on an appointment, but waiting 30 mins isnt acceptable.

Geraldine Davila I recently visited Archer Nail studio expecting a professional and satisfactory experience. Unfortunately, thats not what I got. I got booked with an inexperienced nail artist who didn’t do what I asked for, hurted me really badly, took 3 hours and didn’t finish her job. They made me pay, promising they will redo it for free next time since I was rushing for an international flight. I was surprised when I called the salon 1 week after coming back from my trip, and walked all around with bloody sticky uneven awful nails, the owner told me he wasn’t gonna fix it for free because it was a long time and he didn’t know about it. It was after I left a google review that he called me and made me remove the review if I wanted them to fix my nails, I accepted it because I was not going to lose all my money. I went there again for my nails to be fixed with another nail artist, this time it went well. I was very happy at first but just 4 days after my appointment, my nails are already chipped, and even broken! I paid for a service (acrylic) that it’s supposed to last for at least 2 weeks! that’s why the higher price. When I politely brought this to the owners attention, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude saying he wasn’t gonna repair them and I have to pay. To make matters worse, when I asked about their guarantee policy, I was told they offer 2 days guarantee on their work. Thats unacceptable for a business in the service industry. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place and would advise others to think twice before visiting. Poor customer service and lack of accountability for their work is not worth the risk.Ive tried contacting the salon to express my concerns, but they havent responded. Its clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

Liz Hernandez Ana has been taking care of my familys feet and hands for about 20 years. There is no other place I trust. She is never rushed and always committed to the results. Ana does the best pedicure in town!!!! Hand manicures, dip, and art vary with what you want. Ask the front desk who they recommend for the particular manicure you desire. Some stylists are more accomplished than others with dip versus gel versus artwork.

Juan-Leigh Meyer I had an acrylic fill done by T. She works super fast, yet is a protectionist. They look so beautiful and natural. She explained that all technicians are trained by the same person, so results are consistent - not usually what you find in nail salons. From start to finish it was a great experience. L. L. I am not satisfied. I had a simple gel removal done on my own nails and a manicure for $35. Look at the picture and decide for yourself what you think of the result. I made the picture just a moment after the treatment. The young lady who did it couldnt understand me at all because she didnt speak English. Instead of filing my nails, as I think a professional should do, she dipped my fingers in a solution that smelled strongly of acetone for at least half an hour and whiled away her long wait on her cell phone. There was no glue to remove from my nails. I had overgrown but neatly done nails. It didnt feel good at all. The nails didnt come off and my skin became pale and very very dry. I told her that my fingers didnt feel good in the solution, but she just kept pushing my nails in and smiling. In the end it took her over an hour. She would have been faster with filing. I was also disappointed that she didnt master the standard of a manicure in a nail salon. The surface of my now dry nails was finally roughly filed and then left porous. My nails were all different lengths after all, as you can see. I told her several times that I want my nails very short. And even the obviously bored lady with glasses at the checkout didnt say anything after seeing my nails. She wasnt friendly either.New customer voucher cannot be redeemed the first time.

Alexis Alexander I’m giving this salon 2 stars despite the quality of the nail set due to poor communication and customer service. I always call ahead to confirm pricing before booking at new salons, and I was told a full set French tip with a regular pedicure would be $105 total. However, when it was time to pay—without the pedicure, since I had to reschedule—I was charged $70. When I questioned the price increase, I was told it was because I got dip powder (which I never requested) and a removal fee. The only additional charge I expected was the $5 removal fee, not a jump from $55 to $70. The receptionist acknowledged the miscommunication and apologized, but the manager was dismissive, which ultimately led me to not even schedule the pedicure and return. I don’t appreciate when customers are penalized for a salon’s mistake, especially when the service itself was already lackluster. I won’t be back.

Ashley Melendez My visit at Avaline was off to a great start during my pedicure. I love my pedicure and would have gone back just for that alone but what diminished my experience was how long it took to get my nails done. I had been there since 3:30, finished my pedicure around 4:30 and sat past 7 getting basic French acrylics. For the amount of time that it took and the amount of times the nail tech said she sees everything and wants them to be perfect, I expected my nails to be amazing. I was exhausted from sitting in that chair and was ready to leave, after leaving and looking my nails over I see the clear coat is uneven, under my nails has excess acrylic, nails are curving and honestly don’t like the length or shape of my nails. For the amount of money and time spent here I would have liked to have a relaxing time and the nails I would be happy to show off. If it weren’t for me having to travel the day after I would have gone back to get it fixed but now I will just be cutting them off.

crystal noelle I had a pedicure done, they didnt try to upsell the pedicure which I would have done the parfin wax with it if I had known they offered it. The gel paint on my toes I was not satisfied not all. My nails they started wifh one tech who put the tips on and she put on multiple nails crooked the second tech did her best to work with it but I didnt like thst the had me switch during the middle for the other nail tech to get her nails done. Just didnt seem professional. I had to come home and file my nails alot because they where still bulky and not exactly what I was looking for as far as shaping goes but I didnt want to be so difficult as I already made alot of request to the 2nd nail tech . And I knew Id be able to file them to my liking myself at home. They made sure my daughter was content while I got my nails done. The offered water and a phone charger . My issue is that the nails do not flow they are different shapes and lengths and I had to do alot of work at home to get them closeness in shape. Some nails had a curve to them and some were more bulky and longer than others. Im not going to even post my nails becuz Im really not happy with how bulky they look in the pictures

Gwen Jeffers Lyn always does a phenomenal job. Techs check in with you throughout the process to make sure you love how everything looks. I’ve never had to wait super long even as a walk-in. They even have a boba bar, and will serve you the best Vietnamese iced coffee while you’re getting a pedicure.
