Conor Ryan My wife and I went here while on vacation. We both absolutely loved the experience. Professional, friendly staff, lovely environment. We had coffee scrubs followed by massages and both were fabulous. I can’t say enough of how wonderful my masseuse, Petra, was. She did a great job working out the knots in my shoulders. I felt so much better leaving. Highly recommend

Tracey Kerslake My husband and I went for a couples massage and my husband received his massage from Jane. She was absolutely fantastic!! She is very knowledgeable, hit all of his pain points and really cares about the client. She continually checked to ensure the pressure was appropriate. Highly recommend her!!

Candace Lartigue I am in key west on a port stop from a cruise. I stopped in at Lovely Nails looking for a quick nail service, and it turned out to be so much more than I expected! Nancy was absolutely fantastic—she gave me fresh, gorgeous, natural-looking nails that were perfect. Her attention to detail and skill were top-notch. The salon was clean, welcoming, and exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality nail care!

Jessie Frascotti This place is amazing! I’ve been to a lot of different nail salons in key west and have always been disappointed, but I have finally found a great place! They were on time, they took care of my painful hangnails, and did a great gel pedicure. They took their time, everything was clean, and they were professional! Siretha King Got my nails done on Saturday while on vacation down there cause we needed to kill some time before catching out flight home and by Monday they started bubbling and coming off at cuticles.. total waste of money!!!! Ive had my nails done in that past at other places and they would last like 2 months or longer. When I called lady that did them was rude and complained cause I forgot to leave a tip cause we had to leave to get to airport.. totally unprofessional

Desirae Caldwell I had my nails done by Kieu this morning for the first time and I am obsessed! Not only is she very friendly and easy to talk to, but she did a phenomenal job on my nails and even mixed a few different glitters together to make a custom look that I showed her. Highly recommend!

catalina salituri I took an appointment to get a pedicure and relax, but unfortunately I suffered two injured fingers and the person who attended to me had little desire to work, looking the other way while cutting my nails and not even responding when I said something to him... I do not recommend and will not come back.

Jose Freire this is the best place for nails, i recommend lili and Vi, they even do foot massages here, a full service for the right price, u will not be disappointed by them, there is always availability at all times even though they have so many people!! don’t miss them in searstown plaza

Sarah Machado Pedicure was amazing Van was so nice and made me feel safe and comfortable. Im a bigger woman and felt all the equipment was sturdy and well made. It was also very clean and a great selection on colors. Staff was amazing friendly and attentive. I would give them more stars if possible.

Kelly L I didn’t catch my nail tech’s name but she had a cool Medusa tattoo. Her attention to detail was the best I’ve ever received. She made sure my nails were shaped perfectly. The atmosphere in the shop was very fun and they clearly have good relationships with lots of regulars. If I ever vacation in Key West again I’ll be back for sure. My picture is in bad lighting but I got acrylic on my natural nail so they’re shorter but that’s what I prefer :)

Clare Morgan The best nail techs in town! No matter what design I come in wanting they always execute it! I won’t go anywhere else, and they are the most reasonably priced in town.

Julia Corneloup This review is for Derlis and Lliana. I had an amazing experience with Derlis! I felt welcome from the moment I walked into the nail salon. Derlis is super friendly, kind, and talented. I would give her a 10/10, if that was a rating option on here. She applied a new acrylic set on my nails with a design. Derlis cleaned the bathroom right before I walked in and I cannot express how impressed I was. This may seem silly but, so many places (salons/restaurants/bars etc.) do not keep their bathrooms clean. Extra points for that! My husband received a pedicure from another nail tech, Lliana. He also had a wonderful experience. His nail polish was applied expertly. In the past, its been too thick or all over the skin.

Key West Local Luxe I got a Polygel manicure & gel polish color change on my toes from Llianna, today & she did a great job! She was very detail-oriented & I am happy! :D I will be back! :D

Courtney Strong Iliana was simply amazing. She was welcoming and very detail oriented. I came in here with a mess of overgrowth from a previous mani dip and gel pedi and she turned it all the way around. They have coffee, water, wine and soda. I had coffee there. Thank you so much!!!

Kelly Gonyo I did a basic mani/pedi to just clean up my hands and feet and was impressed with how.both turned out. This was a new spot for me to go to and will definitely be a regular here. Easy to book online and the prices are excellent!

Elizabeth Schaefer I got a dip manicure for my 15th birthday and to have done for my citys pride parade and they executed what I wanted perfectly. They gave great service and my nail tech was so good! She did so well on attention to detail and I absolutely love my nails!!! They were affordable and absolutely the best nails I have ever had done! Im so glad I came here!!! Would definitely recommend!!♡♡♡♡♡

Robert Gaestel This nail salon is a hidden gem in Key West. Had the MOST WONDERFUL pedicure today. Totally relaxing atmosphere; clean; and absolute professional pampering! BB is such a people person. I fell like I’ve known her for years. Her skills are beyond compare and her massage technique can not be matched. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

heather bryan It was fine. The scrub and message lasted about a minute each leg. The most frustrating part was when we chose the $75 pedicure which includes a complimentary champagne or wine. But when it was time to pay we got charged $10 for wine. Apparently only specific beverages are complimentary but they don’t tell you that. It’s only in the fine print and they of course don’t guide you to them.

Janna Reddig I went to this place a week ago and it’s probably the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The technician only had me put my nails under the heat lamp once per round of polish, the mail polish was bubbly on the top of the nail and semi see-through and peeled less than a week later (which defeats the purpose of getting gel). When I expressed my concerns during the manicure she was defensive and had an attitude about it even though it was obvious that the nails were terribly done.

Kimberley Perchak Stopped in for only a callous remover (since I just had a pedi elsewhere a few days ago).The lady fit me right in, did a quick but excellent job. She didn’t even charge me!!! I made her take some money, she deserved it! Best 10 minute experience and customer service. Oh and my feet feel great! If I’m ever back in Key West I will stop here again!

Amanda Hassan I’ve been looking for a place to get my acrylic fills in Key West, and I’ve finally found it. This was the best fill / manicure I’ve ever had. The nail tech was patient, thorough, and kind. She even took extra steps to correct some issues from a previous fill at another nail place. The spa was clean and had nice amenities. I will definitely be back!

K M I had a great experience at Nailtini! I called them about a broken nail that was painful, warm, and swollen, and they were so accommodating. The owner was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain more about dip nails and even suggesting that I might have an allergy, which makes sense since I’m allergic to other adhesives like latex. They got me in just 15 minutes after I called, and the nail tech quickly and skillfully repaired my nail. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I was on my way with my nail feeling so much better—all in under 15 minutes! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend Nailtini for high-quality service and expert care. If you’re in Key West, this is the nail salon to visit. Thank you for taking such great care of me—I’ll definitely be back!

Gibson McCoy Edit: going on 3 weeks of having my nails, absolutely no lifting and chipping. Genuinely the best nails I have ever had!! If you are in key west and want to get the best nails you have ever had please please go here I can’t recommend enough!! (Really wishing I lived in Florida now :) The vibe of this place was perfect! Christina Lopenzo After reading reviewed for multiple salons, I landed on this one and it was really a winner. Karina was by far the most meticulous tech Ive ever been to. The shape was perfect and she spot tested my pinky for the nail color. I need certain colors for my job and this color was much brighter pink than expected. Most nail techs paint all the nails without confirming. She helped me pick the perfect pink for my job (toes have no rules so I went crazy). She even painted my toes with flip flops on so I didnt smudge them. Everything was so thoughtful. My only complaint is Im just visiting for work and wont be able to be a long time customer.

Nicole Wells I have been coming to Nail Studio since March 2024 and I must say I love this place. The music & the vibes are great and the staff is super friendly. My favorite nail tech is Karina! Karina does my nails all the time and she nails the look that I’m going for all the time. Her work is near perfect and she takes her time to perfect her craft. I came here in particular because I love nail designs and she’s one of the best techs for designs. Nail Studio has all the updated polish colors and styles. I never feel like my nail session is being rushed. I highly recommend this place!!!!
