1 /5 Sam Sudano: I came into this salon with my friend and requested a basic manicure for him. When they finished, his nails were still dirty, jagged, and hadn’t been properly cut or filed. We couldn’t understand what we were being charged $40 for. When we asked them to fix the nails, they barely did anything—just cleaned under a couple of them, leaving the rest untouched.
When we tried to explain that the service wasn’t worth the price, they suddenly acted as though they didn’t understand English, despite speaking it with us throughout the appointment.
The entire experience felt like a ripoff, and the lack of professionalism was disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and find another salon that values its customers and provides proper service.
