5 /5 Julia Corneloup: This review is for Derlis and Lliana. I had an amazing experience with Derlis! I felt welcome from the moment I walked into the nail salon. Derlis is super friendly, kind, and talented. I would give her a 10/10, if that was a rating option on here. She applied a new acrylic set on my nails with a design. Derlis cleaned the bathroom right before I walked in and I cannot express how impressed I was. This may seem silly but, so many places (salons/restaurants/bars etc.) do not keep their bathrooms clean. Extra points for that! My husband received a pedicure from another nail tech, Lliana. He also had a wonderful experience. His nail polish was applied expertly. In the past, its been too thick or all over the skin.

5 /5 Key West Local Luxe: I got a Polygel manicure & gel polish color change on my toes from Llianna, today & she did a great job! She was very detail-oriented & I am happy! :D I will be back! :D

5 /5 Courtney Strong: Iliana was simply amazing. She was welcoming and very detail oriented. I came in here with a mess of overgrowth from a previous mani dip and gel pedi and she turned it all the way around. They have coffee, water, wine and soda. I had coffee there. Thank you so much!!!

1 /5 Sam Sudano: I came into this salon with my friend and requested a basic manicure for him. When they finished, his nails were still dirty, jagged, and hadn’t been properly cut or filed. We couldn’t understand what we were being charged $40 for. When we asked them to fix the nails, they barely did anything—just cleaned under a couple of them, leaving the rest untouched. When we tried to explain that the service wasn’t worth the price, they suddenly acted as though they didn’t understand English, despite speaking it with us throughout the appointment. The entire experience felt like a ripoff, and the lack of professionalism was disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and find another salon that values its customers and provides proper service.
