1 /5 Annette Taylor: So disappointed. Dip nails guaranteed to last 2 weeks and normally last 3-4. Within 2 days my nails were chipping. Within a week, almost all of the product was gone; it was as if it was disintegrating.
I was on vacation and out of cellular service range so I took pictures to show them upon my return. I went into the shop and showed them the pictures and dates they were taken. I politely asked for a refund as a “redo” at this time is not possible given the condition of my nails. We will be up north for the next 6 months but I thought I would try the salon again upon our return this fall. The owners wife had an attitude about me not calling or returning within two days. I explained (again) that we were on vacation and without cellular service and we had just got back. I can overlook a bad service if a salon is going to make it right but they did not want to accept responsibility and had an attitude in the process. I won’t be returning. Pictures show intervals of 4 days, 6 days and 8 days after the service.
