From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from Victoria, who offered water to me and the other two patients while we waited. As I sat in the lobby, a gentleman walked in, and Victoria greeted him with the same kindness she showed to the rest of us. I overheard their conversation, where she politely asked him to follow her so she could assist him. While still waiting, I noticed that the gentleman left with a smile on his face, but shortly after, Victoria was scolded for helping him. I overheard another front desk staff member telling her that she shouldnt have assisted him because he was a walk-in. I personally commend Victoria for her actions, as the gentleman was older and may have needed some extra help. For this reason, I’m leaving 5 stars—solely for Victoria’s kindness and willingness to assist everyone, regardless of their status. She truly made a positive impression during my visit.

From my first call to make my appointment to check in to the actual visit, I can’t say enough kind words about the team. They are all so welcoming, thorough and knowledgeable. I was scheduled to be seen the next day at 7am for my dental pain. They were able to X-ray, diagnose and direct me to the proper follow up care with efficiency and care. The staff is very professional. This was the first dental office that gave me a blanket because I was cold ! Doesn’t seem like a lot but it was very thoughtful. Came to my tooth extracted was so painless! They talked me through the steps. By far hands down the best dentist I’ve been to. I will be going back for my work !
