david earl It was my first visit to Florida Dental Centers on 4th Street, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. The front desk staff assisted with having my records transferred because I hadnt taken care of it before my visit. The X-ray tech was one of the most joyful people Ive met in a long time and truly seems to like her job. The Dentist was pleasant and gave good advice regarding my dental care, and hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth (hopefully Ill get the same hygienist for my next cleaning). I hope that all my visits will be as good as my first.

RK Music Studio The staff here is really incredible. They are exceptionally courteous, professional and kind. They worked with me on an insurance issue until it was resolved. I observed the desk staff helping someone secure a ride home and I heard more than one person checking out tell the gal at the desk how happy they were with their experience.

Susan ElJamal I just recently switched dentist to Florida Dental Centers St. Pete location. Everyone there has been awesome. I needed 2 new crowns and Dr. Naya and techs have done an awesome job. Everyone I have dealt with there has been great. They are all very attentive, kind and caring. I don’t like changing doctors and had been driving to Tampa for 20+ years to go to a dentist office I had been going to for about 30 years. I do not regret making the switch to Florida Dental Centers -St. Pete. Thank you for being awesome!

Ali C I have lived in St Pete for 25 yrs and after my dentist retired it took me a bit of trying until today to find a new office that is GREAT!! The staff is fantastic and kind. I got an appt within a month. They did xrays, full mouth eval and cleaning and processed it thru my insurance. The doctor is easy to talk to/with. I am very excited to have a new dentist right by my house.

The visit was scheduled quickly, they had my stuff ready to go with my insurance, they gave me a reasonable treatment plan, and even worked hard to squeeze me in for an appointment before the end of the year to help me use my insurance the right way. The cleaning was done with care, probably the best I’ve ever had done! What a blessing to find a practice with reasonable prices and great staff!

Mike Ramos If I could give zero stars, I would. Bright Now Dental just pulled one of the shadiest moves I’ve ever experienced from any healthcare provider. I was charged a full YEAR later for services I clearly refused at the time of my appointment. A YEAR. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s shady and borderline fraudulent. To make matters worse, when I called to question the charge, the front desk staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive, like it was my fault they waited an entire year to randomly charge me. Zero accountability, zero empathy, and zero customer service. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend you don’t either. There are plenty of honest, respectful dental offices out there. Bright Now Dental is not one of them.

Fahd Avoid this dental clinic at all costs—it’s a nightmare. They pressured my wife into getting a crown she didn’t need, conveniently leaving out the potential complications. Predictably, it led to two years of constant pain. Other dentists later confirmed the crown was placed too close to the bridge, likely leading to a tooth fracture and the need for an implant. As if that wasn’t enough, they also made her a poorly designed night guard. Despite her discomfort, they dismissed her concerns, insisting she’d "get used to it." A different clinic later confirmed it was badly made, forcing her to pay out of pocket for a proper one. To top it all off, a year and a half after her last visit, they have a nerve to call her about an undisclosed debt—despite her having paid all uncovered costs at the time. Meanwhile, they had already billed the insurance over $5,000. This place is all about profit, not patient care. Stay far away.

Thomas Bedwell The dentist and everyone in the back of the practice were thoughtful and very professional. The first person you see at the front desk was Kathy, she juggles patients and does it well. I had some fillings done. Prices were reasonable and the dentist is outstanding. I will be back.

Sharnette Hollowell I hate to write this review as the dentist hygienist is amazing. She is wonderful. However, office staff is unprofessional, and useless. I scheduled a cleaning 6 months in advance. Only for them to call me the morning of the appointment 9:45am left a message to confirm. I called at 10:08am they already cancelled my appointment and shared they have a new policy which I wasn’t aware of that I need to confirm. I have never missed an appointment and I admit calling them back hasn’t been a focus since I wasn’t aware that I had to confirm. They wanted me to reschedule for months later, which wasn’t an option for me since I had an appointment.

First the good: women at the front desk were lovely, hygienists were very nice and seemed thorough. Unfortunately the dentist here is by far the worst I have encountered in my life. Money first, care second was the vibe. If you have a few questions or concerns (like why the out-of-pocket costs in your treatment plan includes items that your insurance covers) get ready to be dismissed. Just completely arrogant, unprofessional and appalling behavior.

Sarah Hogan I’ve been trying to reach Smile Design Dentistry in St. Petersburg for months, and no one ever answers the phone. I’ve also tried their online chat multiple times to pay an outstanding bill, but still no response. Messages don’t seem to get relayed or followed up on, making it nearly impossible to get any assistance. This is not how a business should be run, especially one in healthcare. Extremely frustrating experience—if you value customer service and communication, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Im in my 60s and I have never had such a thorough, comprehensive and detailed dental examination in my entire life. He was not at all rushed, and seemed to truly care. From start to finish, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism, care and expertise. Dr. Ferullo is warm, engaging, and truly caring-he made me feel like I was talking to a family member. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood every aspect of my dental health. Jeanine, the dental hygienist was equally meticulous and gentle, and informative to help me obtain better dental hygiene. Janelle at the front desk was welcoming and Kim was an excellent assistant, adding to the overall smooth and professional experience. Beyond their expertise, what stood out most was the genuine kindness and warmth of the entire office. Its rare to find a dental office that combines such exceptional skill with such a friendly, down -to- earth atmosphere. If youre looking for a dentist who truly cares and provided the most thorough and professional care, look no further than Dr. Ferullo!

karlie balke Dr. Ferullo was so kind and friendly, he spent time and care to make sure I had healthy teeth and made me feel very comfortable. His safe were equally kind and competent. What I loved the most was that the hygienist let me close my eyes and nap instead of asking me a million questions while I had my teeth cleaned. It was very relaxing. :) thank you!

I had heard good things about Dr. Ferullo and called the office. They worked me right in. They were thorough. They were gentle. They went over all the options with clarity. All this led to me being very confident and comfortable with their advice which I chose to follow. Dr. Ferullo and his team are terrific!

Tyler West Dr. K is a magician! I had a complex cosmetic case that involved multiple procedures. These included retreats, crowns on my four front teeth, and redoing Invisalign to improve my bite and correct my canted alignment. After three sets of crowns over 15 years, these are by far the best and most natural I’ve had. She worked hand in hand with me to make sure my smile design was exactly what I wanted. The work is so good, I don’t think anyone would know my front teeth aren’t real! She is direct, but kind, guiding you to realistic expectations. She’s a perfectionist like me, and wouldn’t accept anything but the best for my outcome. I’m so happy I found her and I recommend her to everyone I know. Her talents are unmatched and I love my new smile!

Tamra Boney I would definitely recommend Dr. Lees office to anyone looking for a good dentist. The office is very hip and new so when you walk in it doesnt remind you of a dentist office- looks more like a fancy boutique so it has a bit of a calming affect. Parking is on the street but plenty of spots available. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The front desk receptionist was great and very helpful in figuring out my payment situation. Dr.Lees assistant was very nice and seems to really know her field well. I had a bad experience from a previous dentist so I had dental coward syndrome. Lol.....but Dr. Lee was very good at talking me through that and has helped me to cross over that hurdle. I have a lot more confidence and trust and will be returning to her for all of my future dental care.

Zori Dasher I drive over an hour to this dentist in St. Pete—and it’s always worth it! The office is spotless, modern, and feels more like a spa than a dental clinic. They’ve got heating massage chairs, cozy blankets, and all the best streaming services—Netflix, Hulu, HBO—so you can actually relax while getting your teeth cleaned. Dr. Lee, the owner, is super friendly and totally in tune with the new generation. She truly cares about her patients and creates an experience that’s both comfortable and enjoyable. I’ve never looked forward to the dentist before, but now I do. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Martinez by my periodontist, as Dr. Martinez is the dentist of choice for my periodontist (I was surprised, then not surprised to learn that periodontists need to go to the dentist too!) Dr. Martinez began my first visit with a detailed personal interview in a dedicated private room. He asked what brought me in today, my dental history, and my goals. This casual interview was a great introduction, and demonstrated a level of personal interest and care I never received from prior dentists. I was resuming dental visits after a three year interruption following a long distance move. This interruption presented no problem for Dr. Martinez and his staff. Thorough check-up, x-rays, a full cleaning (over two sessions) and lots of helpful feedback and patient, detailed answers to any questions. I had an extraction and biopsy two weeks prior and Dr. Martinez and staff were conscious and thoughtful in accommodating these recent procedures during the checkup. Dr, Martinezs experience and professionalism shine through, in his personal attention to the patient, and through the excellent and kind staff. Highly recommended.

je wels My highest recommendation. So glad I found them. Amazing accommodating staff. Talented kind doctor. I dont know how he does it but Ive never felt a shot. Im quite the baby when it comes to dental care and after my dentist retired I avoided treatment - until I could avoid no longer. I needed a few appointments to get myself righted. The doctor is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I was worried and stressed he wouldnt come close to my previous dentist, after the first appointment I was at ease. Ive never thought of the dentist as a pleasant experience, but this place really is different. It may be difficult to believe I look forward to going, but I certainly no longer stress about appointments. My last appointment, he treated two teeth and I was there just 30 mins from appointment time to in my car driving away. I hesitate to mention that because I dont want anyone to associate speed with less quality of care, that is not the case. I mention it so you get a sense they value you, value your time, and run the office professionally and with precision. And, they have a lot of quality partners for fantastic referrals. I also liked that I received a thank you card penned and signed by the doctor. I get that doesnt say a lot about skills but it speaks to me of how they treat and value their patients - paying attention to every detail at every level - quality, quality care.

They even have a full comfort menu with heating pads, cozy blankets, and little touches that actually make going to the dentist feel so much better. Tiffany Feger is hands down the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She’s kind, super thorough, and has the coolest tools to show how well you’ve been brushing your teeth. It’s oddly fun and very motivating. Plus, they use Cocofloss, which I am fully obsessed with. The admin team is sweet and helpful, and the whole place just runs smoothly. It’s honestly a delight every time.

thiennga vo I don’t want to write negative reviews but I feel that i need to say this. I used to come to see Dr. Nguyen the founder of this dental office services . He was the excellent dentist I never had any complaints with him after he did with my teeth. After he retired I wanted to continue but no one as good as he was. My teeth and my daughter get so sensitive after we got the filling done, it wasn’t prior to. I can’t drink cold water, even sensitive when brushing my teeth. That sensitive it shooting up to my brain. I am afraid to come back. The office staff and assistant were very nice but I don’t want to come back. What else can it be done? I don’t want to go to specialist to pay for the evaluation …. Then I have to pay a bunch of money to fix my problem because the drill went too deep that damaged my nerve. Which is a root canal is the final decision that they’re going to do, I just don’t want to go through the. I wish my dentist wasn’t retired.

Sonia Johnson I’ve been going to Creating Smiles for my dental care for many years. Dr. Brayer is great and always takes the time to answer any questions I have and provides the best dental services. I trusted her to do my Invisalign treatment and place veneers on my teeth. Tiffany is an awesome Dental Hygienist and I never dread having my teeth cleaned since she does a great job without causing me any pain or discomfort. The office staff are very friendly and provide outstanding customer service. Overall, I only have good things to say about everyone at Creating Smiles and I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

kshama Jay Easy to schedule an appt. They are a good office overall. The wait times were a little longer and than expected. The front desk could be more efficient. The staff pulled the receptionist to take care of another issue while she was in the middle of assisting me. I guess my time is not as important as theirs. This was not what I experienced the last time I was here. There is room to grow and be more about patient experience and service. I too work in healthcare and it is very important to go that extra mile as people have choices.

I transferred to this new dentist based on a postcard mailer and honestly I knew I been shamefully neglecting my teeth. Nothing recommended was a big surprise for me and my misbehaving/slacking with my dental care and fair pricing without dental insurance for the mess I have made! They are great and felt like family on visit #1!

I doubt I’ll hear from you though as such a place doesnt exist. They treat you like your teeth and comfort are their top priority and not only because they want to bill your dental insurer. The office provides coffee and water while you wait to have Dr. Moccia explore the inner workings of your oral environment. The coffee and water are free and will continue to be regardless of any pending tariffs and I’ve been assured of that. Once you’re in the chair and ready to open wide, keep your composure. Dr. Moccia’s elegance and aura is only outmatched by her skillfulness in the art of gum and teeth restoration and maintenance. I assure you that you’ll leave her office with the confidence to post some close up, smiley pics on the old instagram and not the weird ones where you ask some rando to take a picture of you from 40 feet away and make it look like you’re holding the sun or something. This is a special place full of love where leaving always makes me sad. Good news though, she also does teeth whiting and Invisalign so ill be back soon!

The dental hygienist was calming and so gentle I almost fell asleep. Dr. Marshall uses the latest dental procedures and technology that I didnt even know existed. Claudia Briggs Horrible people. We had a medical emergency out side their door. They would not let my husband sit down and told us to get out. They said they would call police. We we on our way to Park Shore Grill and dressed in an appropriate manor. Shame on you. My husband is now currently in St Anthony’s hospital. If this is how they care for people I would think twice about utilizing their services. Thank god for the strangers on the street who helped us. Where is your humanity?

I’m not the most consistent at flossing and they politely explained the importance of that. The entire office staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My first encounter with them was when my retainer popped off of a tooth and the wire was poking me, and they were able to get me in the next morning to get it fixed! Since then, I’ve had a prophylactic cleaning (shoutout to Maria—best experience ever, thank you!!) and 4 fillings done. Both Dr. Gutu and Dr. Shoopak are true professionals, but I especially want to thank Dr. Shoopak for taking on the challenge of fixing my wisdom teeth and being so gentle with patients. The pricing is transparent and very affordable.

Cody Clark I started out life hating my trips to the dentist - I had an excellent dentist as a teenager and into my 20s, but over the next 10-15 years I struggled to find a solid practice with a dentist and hygienists that I trusted. That all changed once I found Dr. Leeson. Dr. Leeson is phenomenal at his craft, he and his team are the consummate professionals - kind, courteous, gentle in their approach - each experience with each hygienist as been equally great. Even though I moved from the area I still commute over 30 miles to see this team - that’s how good they are.

Samantha Misek I absolutely love this office. Very friendly staff. Both front desk Erica and hygienist Erica are amazing. Love Dr. Leeson. My family loves this office so much that we all go here and would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
