I have done my hair in salons located in Pembroke pines, Miramar, and Doral, and Ive wasted my money trying to find a salon closer to my home in Broward. However, I will gladly make the drive to Equilibrium to ensure that my hair is done properly.

Stephanie Villalobos Yohan did my hair extensions and I have to say she’s the greatest! She finishes so fast and efficiently and does it for such an amazing price. I travel from Atlanta every 3 months in order to get my extensions done by her, and she does it perfectly every time! She also blow drys and straightens my hair after, and it lasts for a week! Marlene also does my eyebrows, I’ve been doing my eyebrows with her for years & I wouldn’t trade either of them for anything! Best place ever!

Precious A My experience at Milly’s Dominican Salon was disappointing and unpleasant. The owner displayed an unwelcoming demeanor that seemed rooted in prejudice, making the entire visit uncomfortable. The only positive interaction came from the young lady who answered the phone, as she was genuinely welcoming and polite. The owner tried to charge an outrageous $125 for a simple wash and blow-dry for my daughter, claiming she needed ‘special treatment.’ This price is absurd, as I have never been charged more than $75 at any Dominican salon for the same service. I would strongly advise against patronizing this business due to their unprofessional behavior, unreasonable pricing, and lack of respect for customers.

Ash MB I dont often get my hair and nails done but when I do, I go to Milly. I like to keep my hair natural but I know I can count on her for a new look or a simple refresh. From a blow dry to a whole makeover, mani pedi, and eyebrows. I have massive back problems and cant tilt my neck back but she works with me, providing extra cushioning for the sink so I dont have to tilt my neck back. ❤️❤️❤️ theyre up to date on the latest techniques and always learning and keeping up with what new innovations come up in the beauty industry.

Lisa Corea Milly is amazing. Even though I don’t go very often, she always remembers who I am. She does a phenomenal job cutting my hair. Her blow dries are so amazing they last me 4-5 days. She gave the best advice to color my hair. She is the only one I trust with my hair!

Luna Perez I Paid Milly $450 for her to fix my roots, I originally had a bayalage. I had asked her not to cut my hair as I cut it every single month with my hair stylist but she wasnt available at the time. Then Milly kept saying she wanted me to cut my hair. She completely messed up my hair cut. She did really bold cuts all over my hair. Mind you, I dont have any layers in my hair because of my hair volume. I like to keep it one to two layer max. I asked her to cut my ends one inch and to not give me any layers, she insisted that she wanted to give me layer and basically did what she pleased. She cut my hair super bad. I went back 15 days later to ask her why she cut it like that and she smacked me in my arm in front of everybody leaving a huge scratch in my arm, I had to make a whole police report and shes lucky I didnt proceed with the sue. She asked me to leave her salon immediately that she didnt want to talk to me and that I had to leave. Mind you I asked her in a really calm way why did she make bold cuts. She lost it and smacked me in front of her clients and everything. The police was shook. I had been waiting to see if I posted this review but I had to have justice done in my favor. Look at the way she left my hair cut when I went there. She was slick and she curled my ends so I wouldnt notice. But I washed my hair and shared the pics of the actual haircut she gave me. The last picture is how my hair used to be before I went there and my original haircut. All I have to say is that I hope everyone sees this and nobody goes to her business because shes evil, rude, malicious and doesnt deserve to touch anyones hair.

Martha Ruiz I’ve never been here but by the way I was treated over the phone tells me all I need to know. I called to make an appointment and the lady over the phone tells another gentleman whose name is Elier that he has someone on the phone that wants to make an appointment. In the background I hear him tell her in Spanish, “No no no no more appointments, not for this month or next year either.” The lady seemed embarrassed of how he spoke to her so she gets back to me and very nicely tells me there aren’t anymore appointments. My issue is: how can you say there aren’t any appointments for next year either? People cancel all the time! He didn’t even bother to take my phone number down and “pretend” to even be interested in my business. That is NOT how you treat clients, let alone first time clients. Very disappointed cuz I was hoping to find a new “hair home” at Allure.

Daisy Pacheco I tried this place however I was not happy with small children while I was getting my mani pedi. The manicurist damaged my feet by using blades to scrape any dead skin which provoked unwanted dead skin on my feet which are now painful until my next pedicure. The manicurist was on FaceTime the whole time I was getting my services. Very unprofessional and not law abiding. Blades should not be used for pedicures. Daisy former customer.

I was in desperate need of a pre-birthday vacation makeover and Riquitinas saved the day! From the first phone call to the very last moment before I left I received excellent service. The ladies were extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They offer a full range of beauty treatments including mani-pedis, hair cut/style/color, waxing, microblading and many other things. They offer3d me drinks and food while I was there and made the whole experience very pleasant. I ended doing a drastic change to my hair by coloring it for the first time ever and Yarelis (the owner) did a beyond amazing job. She kept me calm and feeling confident throughout the whole process and I could be happier with the end results. I will definitely be returning for all my future beauty services!

Balayage is extremely difficult to do and it’s hard to just trust anyone for such a lengthy process. I had the pleasure of having Leidy do my balayage. She was amazing! Took her time, was extremely professional and my hair exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend. The owner Adriana is a sweetheart, a true professional and makes sure you’re treated as if you were in your own home.
