1 /5 Martha Ruiz: I’ve never been here but by the way I was treated over the phone tells me all I need to know. I called to make an appointment and the lady over the phone tells another gentleman whose name is Elier that he has someone on the phone that wants to make an appointment. In the background I hear him tell her in Spanish, “No no no no more appointments, not for this month or next year either.” The lady seemed embarrassed of how he spoke to her so she gets back to me and very nicely tells me there aren’t anymore appointments. My issue is: how can you say there aren’t any appointments for next year either? People cancel all the time! He didn’t even bother to take my phone number down and “pretend” to even be interested in my business. That is NOT how you treat clients, let alone first time clients. Very disappointed cuz I was hoping to find a new “hair home” at Allure.
