The owner displayed an unwelcoming demeanor that seemed rooted in prejudice, making the entire visit uncomfortable. The only positive interaction came from the young lady who answered the phone, as she was genuinely welcoming and polite. The owner tried to charge an outrageous $125 for a simple wash and blow-dry for my daughter, claiming she needed ‘special treatment.’ This price is absurd, as I have never been charged more than $75 at any Dominican salon for the same service. I would strongly advise against patronizing this business due to their unprofessional behavior, unreasonable pricing, and lack of respect for customers.
