Stephanny LeClaire I went to Boho Swan for a brow clean up and tint. Stefani was very professional and walked me through the steps. She understood the results that I wanted and delivered!!! My eyebrows looked full, yet natural. I didn’t have to worry about filling them in for a while and they lasted through my beach trip and swimming in salt water. I highly recommend boho swan!!!

Paige Eplin Lisa Floyd is an excellent massage therapist. She is very professional and honest with her customers. I felt completely at ease the whole time. She is also very sensitive to your needs as the client and will apply less pressure if needed. I plan to return in the future.

Tracy Berry If you want attitude & someone who hates there job and you can clearly hear it in their voice then go here. I had to reschedule my appointment and she had the rudest meanest mean girl attitude with me I ever heard from a grown woman company. Im glad I cancelled because I would not want to be around someone this hateful and life sucks attitude.

And i was so nervous to wash my hair because usually i get heat damage after getting a silk press. But it reverted! so in love with my hair No frizz no heat damage and She was super sweet. Finally found someone who treats hair for a reasonable price!

l_ibra Soul I would give this place four and a half stars but there isnt an option for that so I just chose five. I came in yesterday and got a gel pedicure and the gel was peeling by the time I got home and noticed that I could practically rip the gel off. I called and they told me to come in the morning and they would be happy to fix it. And thats exactly what they did, there was a mix-up with the nail polishes and thats why the gel was easily able to peel off. They redid my toes and I picked a different color this time. Mistakes happen. Im just glad they were able to fix it and didnt give me any trouble about it !

Brooksie Smith Love this nail salon. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Donna is the absolute best with acrylic/ombre that I love. I like my nails oval/rounded and short, and those who like longer and other shapes always look so good. They also do gel, dip, the TAP hybrid, regular polish, and the best pedicures!!! Tina and ‘Fa’ - like the number 4, (his real name is pronounced “Wen”) are wonderful and give great leg/feet massages. Tell them Ms. Brooksie sent you!!

Jenell Brown It was my second time experiencing poor customer service with the same nail tech (owner)who I been going to for two years. My last three times there has not been great. Two months ago. I went and ask the nail nail tech to soak off the nails because I wanted a specific color nails. The nail tech was said no. He stated he can paint them with gel polish the color I wanted. I was firm and stated no to the nail tech and explained I want purple acrylic nails only with powder. The nail tech was mad and didn’t talk to me from the rest of the visit. I still tipped him. The next time I just got a fill in from a different nail tech at the same shop. Today I went in for a fill in. I pick a different powder/color nails. I went to cash out and was using two different cards. The owner said "no you can use only one card", again I was firm and responded I will be using two different cards for the service. After paying said "so you didnt even tip"? I was not tipping for rude and unprofessional service. The tip is please treat your customer right and I will gladly give a generous tip!

Janet Beaver I loved the store had some of everything you need from baby shampoo baby clothes to adult mens shaving cream. They carry reading classes lip bombs. Just a very neat store and the staff was there if you needed questions answered.

LaMar Hunt Incredible store. Just simply well done from top to bottom. Beyond the merchandising and the cool factor, Rafa product is excellent. I love the charcoal face cleanser. Plus, who doesnt like a good bath bomb and a candle. Great manscaping tools :)

Sarah Hissong LOVE Rafa!! They have incredible gifts, skincare products, and service! The stores are absolutely beautiful with very carefully lovely, curated gift items. I love that I know that the products in there are natural and clean. I love that their Rafa line is made locally, and I would highly suggest their skincare and bath and body products to anyone. :) Its a wonderful place to visit and just wander through looking at all the fun items for sale! ALSO their Spa Nights give you a great glimpse of all of their products, while educating you about skincare in an easy, and fun way! Would be a great gift and way to spend time with a friend or family member.

Lauren Scherer Completely butchered my sons hair. I specifically said before the cut began "scissor top" and FULLY discussed why, bc of all of his cowlicks. The first thing the girl did was take a #2 clipper across the top of my sons head. My son is 8yrs old and completely embarrassed to even go to school tomorrow. Worst experience ever at a "barber shop"!

D H We had a last minute birthday party to attend in Bartow and had no time to get my hair cut at home. The lady at this barber shop did an amazing job and the owner even offerred to allow me to change for the party in their back room. If youre around Bartow and need a barber, this is the place to go.

Nichole Shaw Great first experience at Brady’s Beauty Supplies! The pricing was great and the store had everything I was looking for and more! She had an answer for all my questions. Great customer service! I loved how she acknowledged my children, complimented them and even had little stickers to give them at check out. She made great recommendations and was so patient and attentive. I would highly recommend shopping here and I’ll definitely be back soon!

Erick Comellas I’m in my mid thirties and it was hard for me to find a traditional barbershop that’s not specialized in fades or trendy haircuts. All of the barbers at this County Seat are great, the haircut prices are fair and there’s hardly ever a wait. None of this sign up online to schedule a booking type of stuff. Just a classic barbershop. Thumbs up!

Hunter Smith Love this barber shop. Always ask for Tevin Longo. His attention to detail and the time he puts into his cuts are top notch. I get my fades here and even bring my young sons to Tevin to get cut and he always does 10/10 work. He’s got a lifelong customer here. (Posting pics of my sons before and after)

Adrain Carpenter Was bad at first but as the haircut went on the barber became less focused and started talking to other barbers. Then didn’t cut my hair like I wanted. Even having it being uneven. I’d go again to give it another shot but not with the same barber.

Georgia bragg Biggest hair store in Bartow usually have the braiding hair I like. Plus combs with metal tip and little things like that. I dont really get much else from hair stores these days cheaper to get wigs and bundles online.

Sherlonda Anderson Really great customer service and good deals on hair products. Their location is very crowded, but if you ask one of the workers where an item is, they know exactly where the item is located (organized chaos). This also could be because they want to cater to the many customers wants. I would pass many hair stores to come to this one, mostly because of their customer service. They appear more knowledgeable of their items then other hair store owners in Polk County and you leave with a smile on your face and not the feeling of being bamboozled like at other stores in Polk I rather not mention. I would recommend to anyone! Oh... And their specials are great! I bought 3 bundles (18,20,and 22 inches) for $112.
