1 /5 Jenell Brown: It was my second time experiencing poor customer service with the same nail tech (owner)who I been going to for two years. My last three times there has not been great. Two months ago. I went and ask the nail nail tech to soak off the nails because I wanted a specific color nails. The nail tech was said no. He stated he can paint them with gel polish the color I wanted. I was firm and stated no to the nail tech and explained I want purple acrylic nails only with powder. The nail tech was mad and didn’t talk to me from the rest of the visit. I still tipped him. The next time I just got a fill in from a different nail tech at the same shop. Today I went in for a fill in. I pick a different powder/color nails. I went to cash out and was using two different cards. The owner said "no you can use only one card", again I was firm and responded I will be using two different cards for the service. After paying said "so you didnt even tip"? I was not tipping for rude and unprofessional service. The tip is please treat your customer right and I will gladly give a generous tip!
