She was so sweet and took her time with me. Marissa did a foot facial for me. I’m diabetic so I get nervous about people working on my feet, but she was gentle and made me feel safe. My feet felt so soft after, I didn’t want to put my shoes back on! Both gals were kind and treated me real nice. Reastrooms clean and wait room nice. I’ll be coming back again for sure

She did an amazing job with my hair color and extensions as well as making me feel like $1 million when I left the salon, after she curled my hair and took pictures! During the time that she was doing my hair, she was extremely kind and considerate and I could genuinely tell that she really cared about my hair and my experience there. Everyone was very kind there actually and the price and is very affordable for what you are getting. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in the Lakeland area and I would definitely recommend Kia. as a hairdresser that will make sure your needs and wants our met. They also have a very classy boutique ( with fancy jewelry and hair accessories ) within the salon and other services that allow you to walk out of there feeling like the best version of yourself!
