Victor Martin First time on a long time to the dentist here. The front desk was very nice and it was all very quick. I wasnt left waiting a long time. The doctor was thorough and answered my questions easily. I had a great cleaning and they really cared about me making sure I got what I needed. I recommend this place and am definitely coming back.

I apologize; I dont recall everyones names (I will make sure to going forward), but the front desk staff on Saturday, 4/12, the x-ray technician, the dentist, and my hygienist were amazing. It is not a pushy place. They just do an honest job well done, explain things thoroughly, and are all very warm and kind. Also, there is a parking garage right next to the location, which is great because the area can get quite busy. I pre-paid $50 for my cleaning and X-rays and must say it was well worth it. They gave me legitimate recommendations and a follow-up plan and tips for home dental care. I will make sure to come do my cleanings every 3 months, Anna!

Brady Brewster Attempted to become a new patient at this practice due to the good reviews and nearby location to our Florida office. Spoke with a staff who confirmed that dental benefit offered through my firm (third party administrator) would be acceptable and they enthusiastically agreed and sent over new patient paperwork. Fast forward to day of visit, the front desk staff had no idea what I was talking about and demanded payment up front as I would be treated as a no-insurance patient. I reminded them of the emails, forms and conversations prior to the visit to ensure everything would go smoothly and presented the third party reimbursement form. Without even taking 10 seconds to review it, I was told no this wont be accepted and asked for payment. Payment up front was not the issue - it was the attitude and unwillingness to even look into my insurance benefit. After requesting an office manager look into this, I was given horrific attitude from everyone. Eventually, the office manager called to admit their mistake that they had rushed to judgement and would indeed work with the benefits! Advice: Be patient, slow down, LISTEN to your (potential) patients. First visits = first impressions. I chose to decline being seen here and have instead chosen to work with an office with a little more attention to detail and patience in the front office. This place reeked of a bad culture.

They are extremely conscientious, patient and knowledgeable with all of the necessary equipment to perform most any type of dental procedure. The dental hygienists are fantastic... Barbie was AMAZING at making me feel comfortable and did an awesome job with my deep cleaning. I had no appointment and called as I had accidentally broken a tooth. Im not from this area and here on business, but they got me right in. The office is spotless, the entire staff is friendly and professional and I couldnt be happier with my service. I live 4 hours away but I think this will still become my new dentist. Well worth the trip!

Acupuncture of Weston Dr. Erich Schuetz is a truly great dentist. He is exceptionally personable, realistic, and skilled enough to tailor treatments and diagnostics to your specific needs and budget. I was also impressed by the dental hygienist in his attention to detail. Also, its noteworthy that neither Dr. Eric nor the hygienist were in any way pushy at all about any procedures.

The doctor was Dr Eric, he is so honest and didnt push for me to do things I did not need. I am never comfortable with dentists but this dental clinic is one of a kind!

Brian Z I can’t recommend Dr. Naierman enough. He is attentive, answers all of your questions, and more importantly, is very talented. This office has a wonderful staff, is always pleasant, and puts the patient first. I needed two crowns and I was terrified to get them because the last time I had this done with another dentist, all of my nerves died. This unfortunate circumstance lead to five root canals, and then ultimately five extractions. I haven’t had one issue with the two new crowns that Dr. Naierman did and I can’t be more pleased. I have a long road ahead of me, but I look forward to my full mouth restoration with him, and I know I’m in good hands. Thank you doctor and to his entire team!

Q Q Best dentistry all around, the whole office is outstanding. Very kind and caring and outstanding dental care. Also saved my tooth which cracked without needing a root canal. Rare to find a dental office like this. They also accommodated my autistic son who sat next to me as they saved my tooth. She is a wonderful gifted dentist and I can recommend the whole staff. Not only was the procedure flawless, but the result was also impeccable. The tooth is naturally colored and perfectly fitted. Alevtina They replaced my crown and put another one. After couple months I started feeling uncomfortable and no one figured out why. Everything is great! Now I live with constant sensitivity. During the treatment I had pain and doctor and her assistant were keep telling me “you need to relax, just relax!”. It was horrible. Ones they overcharged me and I have to ask for reimbursement after confirming with my insurance. Cleaning is decent. Definitely look for another provider.

My concerns were brushed off, and I was not given a clear explanation of the procedure or its risks. During the procedure, I experienced severe pain that was dismissed as “normal,” despite my repeated pleas for the dentist to stop and reassess. Afterward, my pain only worsened. I sought a second opinion and was informed that the work done was not only substandard but may qualify as medical malpractice. There was clear evidence of improper technique, which has now led to long-term issues and the need for corrective procedures. The lack of communication, empathy, and professional care was alarming. I trusted this office with my health and was left in worse shape than when I arrived. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Your health and comfort deserve better.
