Tammy Desjardins Before reading my story, I have never been treated so bad. They destroyed my bottom teeth. I went in with one cracked tooth lower front. They misled me they lied. They said it could not be fixed, the only way it could be fixed is if I were to allow them to pull six of my teeth. of course I said no way I said you can pull 2 teeth for a bridge. Meanwhile, this girl comes in and pressures me into signing this bill that I hadn’t even had any work done on yet. They charged me for 2 cavities and a bridge. The bill was outrageous. It came to $12,000 but I told her I would look through the bill tonight. She said well if there is anything wrong with the bill we can fix it the next time we come in or they cannot pursue to fix my front tooth that day. Of course I wanted my tooth fixed, even if it was temporary. The next time I came in, he numbed my lower teeth area. Not seeing and realizing what he was doing, he said he had to drill the other teeth next to it, so the bridge would fit not comfortable with that, but he seemed to be rushing me through in and out he came telling me my bottom teeth were too big for my mouth. still again, thinking am I an idiot or is he? The next time I came in, they were going to fill the one cavity. I told her I did not have two cavities. She could not prove me wrong on the x-rays so they were to refund me for one cavity. This young tech comes in with this machine, telling me that he was going to draw my blood and use my plasma for the root to grow back. After he stuck my arm three different times, I realized he did not know what he was doing.The doctor came in to numbed my lower back tooth and left so it could turn numb as he came back in an Pursued drilling my tooth he on the top tooth that had not even been numb, and I stopped him. He covered up by saying oh he was just leveling the top out. I came in for another appointment. This was to have my new bridge put in as he was putting it in. He said you better like this cause I’m not taking it out. I thought that was rude. When I got home that night I looked and I realized that the bridge was crooked in the two on my right side of my teeth were showing underneath. It is now sensitive and gets food stuck there. I called before I went in to get my teeth cleaned and asked to see the doctor. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. I asked to see the doctor when I got there. She said OK after you have your teeth clean The young tech did not know what he was doing. I had to keep telling him that there were more sharp areas from the bridge. I decided to record because I was so uncomfortable the last three times I was in there. The nurse argued with me telling me that the doctor was too busy to come in and see me. I said he’s too busy to come in and see what he screwed up in my mouth and what a shitty job he did. so I asked to see the other Doctor to come in. She said she couldn’t come in she was too busy. I do believe they know exactly what they’ve done and they don’t wanna fix it, and I don’t want them to fix it. I want my money back so I can go get my teeth fixed properly. I will be getting an attorney. Tammy

Jessica Quiros We recently moved to Palm City and needed to find a new dentist for my son. Im so happy we found Stuart Pediatric Dentistry! They made the transition such a breeze! The office was clean and so cute for kids. They even have a TV on the ceiling to watch while theyre getting their teeth cleaned! Our hygienist, Anay, was so sweet and thorough and listened to what my son did and didnt like. He said it was his best cleaning yet! Dr. Matos came in promptly after the cleaning to do an exam and answered all of our questions. You can tell he and his staff really enjoy working with kids. We were in and out super quickly with essentially no wait. The experience could not have been better! Highly, Highly recommend!

I have been traumatized by dentists for doing such poor jobs to the point where I have had to be sedated for anything dental-related; and I truly mean for everything. I came to Dr. Wigley, and the amount of care, patience, and professionalism shown by him and the staff was simply superb. I agreed to have a crown done with him, and we also agreed to use oral sedation. The experience was fantastic—I didn’t feel a thing and also didn’t remember anything. :-) I came back to have the crown mounted, and I am happy to report that, for the first time, I did something without any sedation. I need to say that I have no fear of returning again anytime, and coming from me, this is a lot to say. I strongly recommend this office; you will not be disappointed. Everyone here is simply amazing.

DOE DOE I went to your aspen dental office on Saturday march 22 2025 with a bad toothache which was determined to be an infection of the root. All I needed was a root canal and that’s all I needed. Then I was told I will only be seen when I got there no dental work was to be done. So I stayed hoping to get in on monday.Please do not advertise that aspen dental does emergency work because you do not. They took X-rays and I saw the dentist there and she told me I needed a root canal. Then the dentist told me I needed $32,000.00 worth of work on my mouth. I told her I just need a root canal I am in bad pain.then she said its mandatory to gt a scaling, arresting and posts etc. so then I told her I cannot afford that . Then she sent over the hygienist and she told me I needed deep cleanings and scaling etc. then I went to the office manager and she gave me a read out of costs. Mind you I have met life dental. She told me all the scaling root canal and temporary cap the come back for the permanent would be $2,336.00 . Aspen dental charges way too much for these procedures and I have insurance. Now the other work that needed to be would be a grand total of $18,152.00. so I said I could not afford it so they sent me away bad toothache and all. No antibiotics . It looks like to me aspen dental does not care about people only money to make . I will never go to another aspen dental again. if i could suggest try to be warm inviting and be helpful to people come to aspen dental because you do not

She addressed my problems for the short term and set me up with the proper referrals moving forward. She really cares about her patients and showed warmth and compassion. She was willing to explain what might need to be done. She does not talk down to her patients or underestimate their intelligence which is for me very important. My hygienist, Brianna, is amazing. Ive been seeing her for many years. I followed her from the last place she worked because she is so good at what she does. She is thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. She has been on time for each of my visits as well. Ive also had a great experience with Dr. Lombardo, who Ive seen during each of my visits. She seems very caring and is very friendly. The office is modern, as youd expect given the name of the practice, and has a relaxing feel. I particularly like the music in the background and the funny animal videos playing on a large TV screen while my teeth are cleaned. I have nothing negative to say about this dental office. I would highly recommend it!

Sean Keady I am disappointed with my experience at Aspen Dental in Stuart, Florida. From the very first appointment, there were billing discrepancies related to my wifes care. When I raised these concerns, the office attempted to justify charges for services that were not provided. During a recent call to request her records and X-rays for her new dentist, I discovered an unreturned credit on her account. The office claimed it was due to a "pending" insurance claim, however, I later found out this was inaccurate. The credit was finally returned only after my insistence. Alarmingly, a claim from June 17, 2024, is still unresolved, and an additional credit is expected from that charge. While the doctors and some staff members were professional and compassionate, which is the reason my wife continued treatment for as long as she did, staff turnover has been a persistent issue at this location. Unless you are exceptionally diligent with billing or have the time to sift through pages of itemized statements, I would recommend considering other options for your dental care.

Impeccably clean, a modern and inviting environment, FFD clearly utilizes the latest in dental technology, but but does so while providing patient comfort like we’ve never experienced before in any medical or dental practice. That said, the best part of Fresh Family Dental is the staff! It starts with Dr. Burke, who in my opinion strikes the greatest balance between being personable and professional. The front desk staff, dental assistants and hygienists are all professional, clearly know their roles and are all truly an extension of Dr. Burke in displaying both concern for a patients feeling at ease while providing the best possible care at the same time. It is often times a lost art to maintain professionalism while at the same time showing a kind and caring and caring environment. We travel nearly 10 miles from Western Stuart over the Roosevelt Bridge to get to the office, but would happily travel twice as far for the combination of excellent dental care while being treated “like family” when we visit. Let’s be honest, dental care is not most people’s favorite way to pass their time, but to make such a necessary part of life such an excellent experience is a rarity in this day and age. We have recommended Dr. Burke to people we know and care about whenever we have the chance. In summary, all I can say is this, if your looking for a dental care provider because you’re new in the area, or are in need of a change, Fresh Family Dental should be you next phone call, you won’t regret it!!

Michael Bell I have been at this practice for about 10 years. Administrative staff is friendly and patient working with you on scheduling and insurance matters. The dental staff is professional and caring when working on you. Never had a problem with my cleanings or recently, a tooth replacement for a broken tooth. Although the process took a few months to ensure proper healing of bone and tissue, and the end result was a tooth that perfectly matched color and shape of the original. I have no complaints with Dr Murray or his staff.

Cleaning my teeth was done with care …I usually hate that part but she was very gentle. ;) Dr Murray prioritized my “need to be done” list (not that there is a lot) which I really appreciated and let me know what could wait awhile.
